Very easy transaction from start to finish including delivery

Staff in shop very attentive and knowledgeable. We wanted a mattress for a spare bedroom , so needed an in between one which was medium to hard , directed straight to it , we loved it so bought straight away . Delivery excellent ( only downfall is the price of both delivery to door or even worse if you want it upstairs and then you have to put in a bag for hygiene reasons , it’s too much especially if elderly should be reviewed as beds and mattress are expensive so really should be free )both delivery men took shoes off to go upstairs and were very friendly all done in minutes, job well done 👍🏼

Staff were extremely helpful in helping us choose the right mattress for us. Delivery was excellent taking our old one away and placing the new one on the bed.

Good service good product so far

I visited the Southend Airport Retail Park store to choose a new mattress for my dad. I was helped by a very friendly lady called Paige. I told Paige my dad’s requirements and she was able to direct me straight away to a mattress that would be ideal for him. It had everything I was looking for. Paige made the process efficient and stress free, she kindly explained all of the features of the mattress and delivery details. I was very happy with the overall experience. A big thank you to Paige for all of her help.

Delivered on time and took plastic off and put it on my bed. Were very pleasant. I do only have a bungalow. Thanks

Great service from Dreams - Southend. As soon as I entered the showroom was greeted with a friendly smile and asked if I needed any assistance. The sales person knew exactly what was required for my particular needs. Am very pleased with what I had chosen. Also the delivery team were friendly and showed consideration when entering my home.

Staff was very helpful in shop bed was delivered quick the drivers were very helpful took away our old bed showed us controls for bed and television we are both disabled so bed is adjustable both sides my husband has sleep apnea so ideal for him as well bed very comftable I would reccomend dreams to my friends and family

Shop staff and delivery was excellent

Every was so much easier visiting the store. Paul served me and was so knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect bed for me. I used the bed to test my sleeping pattern which confirmed everything that Paul had said about the best bed for me.

A good product for a good price.

The salesman was really helpful my fiancé is disabled so couldn’t get upstairs he showed us a variety of beds on his laptop and I tried a variety of mattresses the delivery guys were spot on time wise and took all packaging away
