Great service in store from Paul, followed by efficient and on time delivery. We’re very happy with the Sleepeezee mattress.

Two men delivering and taking away old bed were helpful and polite,and put on overshoes when entering my property. They let me know when they were on their way and when they we couple minutes away .

All as expected great bed comfortable

Couldn't fault the service received. Went to purchase a new bed and mattress for my Son and whilst he drove me crazy with trying each and every bed, the staff were very patient and accommodating. We finally settled on a bed and mattress within budget (even though my Son wanted the most expensive one in store), and got some free pillows thrown in which my Son was very chuffed about. I have tried to steal them from him, but he is having none of it LOL. I have no hesitating in recommending Dreams and more importantly, Sarah at the Southend Airport branch. Thank you Sarah.

Easy to order and delivered as promised.

The moment I walked into the shop at Southend Airport I was politely asked if I needed help but was free to browse all the beds without unnecessary sales pressure. This alone made me want to shop at this store. A few days later I returned to make my purchase.

Product was delivered to the agreed timeframe. Delivery team were friendly, courteous and efficient. The mattress has improved my sleep but hasn't met my expectations with being cooling, given that it is worse at dissipating heat than my previous mattress

Great experience from beginning to end. Excellent customer service and a comfortable and great night's sleep from the first night on the new bed.
The only issue was we ordered a four drawer base and didn't specify two large and two small drawers to clear the bedside cabinets. Not the end of the world.

Good selection of beds,great sales people, delivery on time with no problems.

Bought a £900 mattress. Sales woman made it clear that the mattress would be delivered into our home and into the designated bedroom. But on delivery day the delivery men refused to enter the building. They said they were not insured to deliver inside our apartment. So we had to very urgently contact a separate company to take the mattress from outside the front door of the apartment block up the communal stairs and into the bedroom. This resulted in a lot of unexpected additional costs. The mattress is now safely in place but we had to pay extra to have it delivered. Based on this experience we cannot recommend Dreams and will not be buying anything from them again. Maybe the sales woman was poorly trained, it’s hard to know, but she clearly gave us very misleading information.

Great, really helpful staff, the bed is very comfortable and we are very pleased with it. In the shop we were given a delivery date and it was delivered with care on that day. Not a bad thing to say about the whole experience, would recommend Dreams at Southend without hesitation.

Good selection, good prices and a friendly knowledgeable salesman, extremely pleased, even offered refreshments.

You’re sold a product, customer service and tech useless

We had a great experience at Dreams. From the moment we entered the store to completing our order, everything was seamless. Paul and Neil were exceptionally helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their friendly, attentive service made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Cant praise the two men that delivered and assembled my bed enough. They were polite and friendly and did a good job. Many thanks

Good knowledge of the bed and detailed the difference between the various ones I was looking at. I think the mattress I had before was so old that it took a while to get used to the new one. It hasn't been a month yet but so far all good.

Delivery of bed came on day and time agreed. Bed was installed by two lovely guy's and I’m so pleased with everything about it
