We recently had the pleasure of shopping at Dreams, and I can't say enough great things about our experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Kathy, one of their Dream Specialists, and her knowledge and customer service truly made the entire experience exceptional.

Kathy took the time to understand our specific sleep needs and helped guide us through their wide selection of mattresses. She was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions and explaining the differences between the various options, including memory foam, hybrid, and innerspring models. Her expertise was evident, and she provided personalized recommendations based on our sleep preferences, ensuring we found the perfect mattress.

The overall atmosphere at Dreams was welcoming and comfortable, and Kathy’s friendly and professional attitude made it feel like we were in good hands. We left feeling confident in our purchase, knowing we had made the right choice.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and talked through the process of choosing a new mattress. Using the Dreams bed to assess the best type of mattress for us was very helpful.
We were guided to mattresses that matched this. After trying a few, we were left in peace to discuss our choice.
Overall the store experience was very positive - attentive without being pushy
The delivery experience was equally good - slightly early on the advised time, delivered the new and removed the old mattress and cleared away the packaging.
The mattress itself is very comfortable.

Great customer service from start to finish. The moment we stepped into the shop we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. We got shown how to use the bed that evaluates the best mattress for how we sleep and we're given great advice on which ones to try and how to choose (they did not just show us to the most expensive). Then when paying we had another lovely worker and the delivery men were very helpful and brought our mattress up on time in the lift of our flats.

Prompt delivery and the delivery guys were great. Quick and efficient. Also the mattress is great, very comfortable.

We was greeted and served by Mansoureh Moghaddam at Stevenage branch who was so professional and assisted us on the ottoman beds we needed. Once we found our bed we was then told about offers and discounts and offered drinks and they were so lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Deserves the recognition

My mum even got the ex display bed without intending to get one :D. Great price and the service really was fantastic.
