Great service from sales person

From walking in the door to our first nights sleep it has been a dream!!

The staff made the whole process effortless, in store they couldn’t have been more helpful. The communication before the delivery was great and the delivery itself excellent!

THE MAN AT THE STEVENAGE SHOP WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT , WE WENT ON THE MACHINE TO HELP WITH CHOOSING THE BED RIGHT FOR US, AS WE BOTH HAVE BACK PROBLEMS, THE FIRST BED THE YOUNG MAN SUGGESTED WAS INFACT THE BED WE CHOOSE AFTER TRING SEVERAL ...WE HAVE SLEPT MUCH BETTER AND THE NEW BED HAS HELPED OUR BACK.

The staff in store talked us through all the head boards and materials leaving us to choose the colour ect , two men delivered it and were polite and pleasant , all went smoothly

Ridiculously annoying lack of customer care!
We did manage to lodge our concerns with ‘Dan’ on 12th July and he advised us we’d be contacted by Service Dept. No contact ever received from them.
Since then we’ve left our number for call-back 5 times and none received. We have emailed with our order details and info but no response.
Now Cannot get through on telephone- 1 hour 8 min wait today 16th October.
Went into store but they cannot help only advised to call via same number.
We purchase an extremely expensive set of adjustable beds and Tempur mattresses and have a concern with the clunky mechanism on one side that suddenly appeared in July.
As it’s 10 months old now we’re hoping to get to speak to Dreams before 12 months.
Now after 4 months of trying to resolve our issue we are looking at ways to take this further. Absolutely disgraceful.

We were assisted with the correct type of mattress for our needs. Staff were very helpful and to the point.

It was straight forward choosing a bed and mattress, much quicker than anticipated. The correspondence was excellent before and after delivery. The young men that came were quick and efficient in both removing the old bed and assembling the new. They took all packaging. Finally My bed is very comfortable

The member of staff who served me was very professional and very helpful, the mattress recommend I didn’t take , the one I tried for me was a great choice, love it 👍🏻👍🏻

Great service

A friendly and knowledgeable salesman who didn’t push you into buying the most expensive bed. Went through every detail to check we were happy with our purchase. Allowed us to take our time. Easy to get delivered and old bed collected. All through service excellent. There was a sale a few days after my order was placed and I even got a refund to cover this. I would definitely return to Dreams.

Friendly staff, plenty of advice but in no way pushy. Reasonably priced and couldn’t fault delivery team.

The staff were very helpful in choosing the best mattress for me even the delivery was spot on it’s the best money I’ve ever spent and the best sleep I have had in a long while

Friendly, helpful staff. I felt confident that they knew all about beds. I used the ‘what’s my ideal mattress’ machine and was surprised that I should be looking at medium to soft mattresses. The mattress was delivered quickly and as I am elderly, they did everything for me. I am sleeping now so much better.

Had an amazing experience at Dreams in Stevenage. From start to finish Mandy explained every detail. Her knowledge was incredible and she really helped us make our experience special. Looking forward to receiving our bed!
