Excellent customer care candidate I found an excellent mattress at a very competitive price. It was brilliant to be able to try out the mattresses to find one that was best comfort for me.

Dreams is our go-to place for buying mattresses - these are always high quality, promptly delivered, long-lasting (a super king size mattress/base lasted 24 years and still in very good shape).
We get excellent advice at the Tottenham Court Road branch including we can ring and talk to a person with any issues after the purchase. We went in, got great advice, and bought two mattresses for 15 minutes and went for supper. Everything is made so easy!

Friendly without pressure service

Salesman didn’t pressurise me. Within 5 minutes he helped find what I wanted (small double bed). Delivered to a hard to find address in inhospitable terrain - their GPS took them astray but they found my house & carried the items down a rocky hill without complaint. The bed is perfect size wise & comfortable. Would highly recommend Dreams.

I visited your Dreams Shop in Tottenham court Road over the weekend on 20th July and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, I was not acknowledged by the young girl behind the desk. She is likely in her teens with long plaited hair and of mixed race, who didn't make any effort to assist me. Despite everyone else being busy with customers, she seemed completely disinterested in helping.

As I browsed the shop, I noticed she was more focused on her phone than even looking up at customers. Not once did she ask if I needed help. I eventually found a frame and a mattress I liked, but the lack of support forced me to leave and make my purchase online.

.The customer service in your store is severely lacking, from what I’ve seen! I wanted to use the SleepMatch system during my visit but ended up struggling with it online. Some proper assistance would have made a huge difference.

Courteous service, prompt delivery

Saw a mattress online, called the store to ask info and they suggested I come try it. I did and ended up buying the mattress at the store. 100 day exchange policy is clear, but so is the fact (see online info on large item returns) that returns are possible, within the normal 14 days. I called the help line and was told they will not take the mattress back with a refund (there is no other mattress I like there), because I bought it in store. Dreams, it would be normal for you to accept returns.

Good advice instore and then an easy to use website to finalise the order followed by an excellent delivery service. Notifications in advance of delivery and then to confirm the time slot the day before and day of delivery. Half price too as part of the Easter sale. Fully recommended.

Very bad experience bed least 3 months being late my poor son with on top my order was dely by ware house messing send me frame with a mattress, very upsetting and plus customer service fairly poor still waiting manger for Compensation
