Overall experience at the store was good. Josh attended us very patiently. However their sight was down so we had to wait for 2 days to get the delivery date.

Quality you can sleep on
Plenty of stores with good selection of quality beds and mattresses, we went to two stores and were happy with the final choices.
We sleep a good chunk of our lives, we deserve to make it a good quality sleep, every time.

Excellent Customer Store Experience
I visited the Tottenham Court Road Dreams store where I was looked after by Larry the store colleague. He was super friendly has a wealth of experience and product knowledge. He certainly helped me understand what was the best mattress for my needs. Larry thank you so much for your excellent level of care and support during my purchase. I cannot wait to receive my mattress. I would recommend Dreams and definitely if you’re in the area visit Larry he will be sure to make you feel at home whilst you pick out your next bed.

The staff at the shop are very professional and good.
The staff at the shop are very professional and give good, objective advice that caters to the special needs of the customer. We were looking for a firm mattress in the low/ medium price range and got shown mattresses in the relevant price range. The sales person did not try to sell us anything expensive.
There is a large range of mattresses one can try out in the shop, which is very important when buying mattresses.
Dreams offers good services around the delivery of the mattress and takes away the old mattress. Delivery times were short and everything went smoothly.

Dreams - What customer service?
I bought a mattress from Dreams. During the whole sales process, I was never told it is "acceptable" for the mattress to sag within the first year. For the price you pay, you would expect a quality mattress and product.
I tried to resolve the issue, but got told it is "acceptable".
sorry, but this is NOT acceptable to me. Own up to poor quality and mis-information.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. A certain degree of settlement in a mattress is normal wherever it is purchased from. This is confirmed on the mattress care guide on our website, as well as the care instructions for your mattress.
We have arranged an independent inspection of your mattress which has found that the settlement is within the threshold deemed acceptable by industry standards.

You truly went out of your way to assist me to find the perfect mattress and make my shopping experience 1st Class👍 Having just left John Lewis' (on Oxford Street) disappointed at the condition of their mattresses on display, I was ready to just go home. It was serendipitous that I remembered Dreams, just around the corner. I am happy to report my mattress arrived as promised and I am delighted with it. I highly recommend this store. 👌

The Dreams shop at Tottenham Court road has a great team that understands the customer's needs and offers good service when looking for a new mattress. The choice of mattresses is great and quality is outstanding. Having a test machine that checks which mattress works best for you, is a great additional feature.

Overall it was good. Barring the long term Delivery example Me being an expat in London my requirements is I need to sleep on the mattress which is comfortable for me which Dream Does But not keeping all the samples variety is not correct approach to Business. Too long time gap between order time and Delivery time😏

Faultless Service from Nesti
I had such a positive experience from start to finish. I was helped in store by Nesti, who was knowledgeable and extremely patient. Delivery to Scotland was arranged and everything went exactly to plan, with the mattresses delivered bang on time. Faultless service and deliciously comfortable mattresses. Thank you!
