I have signed up to Trustpilot just to post this!
No car was available despite booking and providing flight information. Even though flight was on time they tried to charge us extra to have a car!
Refused to give a refund and to contact customer service. Customer service refused to give a refund. Contacted manager at site and still no luck. Apparently the manager had finished for the day when elwe were there...at 2pm.
Shocking service. Absolutely shocking. Signed up to Trustpilot just to post this!
Despite them responding to me on here, contacting them did NOT help. As I said before adding this edit!

Looks like a good deal until you arrive…
Looks like a good deal until you arrive at the rental office, then you'll find the real price of the car. Add ons after add ons. Also I got a parking ticket at a hotel which isn't enforceable and drivalia took 110 pound from my account 4 months after handing the car back. 60 admin fee and 50 parking fee without any prior notice or consent. Not even allowing me to dispute the parking fine. Terrible.

Cheap and decent
Very cheap car, Wayne and the team were helpful with arranging airport transfer. Car return was straightforward and honest. Cost me £10 a day for a small car.

Awful service
Awful service. Three calls later and a dispute with credit card and still they claim to not be holding 1500£ as an insurance deposit. Never deviated from a well known company until this and I will not return. Beware! Customer services couldn't answer questions about the service provided so not entirely sure their purpose.

Prise en charge du véhicule le…
Prise en charge du véhicule le 23/12/2025. Je signifie à mon interlocuteur que je ne désire pas d'assurance. Mon anglais étant approximatif, il me fait signer un document, dont je n'aurais copie qu'après avoir pris le véhicule. Je valide un montant avec ma CB pensant qu'il s'agit d'une caution, en toute bonne fois. Après réclamation, on m'indique avoir validé une assurance que je ne souhaitais, car largement couvert par une carte bancaire haut de gamme.
Ces méthodes sont purement et simplement, des méthodes de voyous.
Éviter largement ce loueur.

Raghi was super helpful on arrival. Leave plenty of time to pick up the vehicle - at least 1 hr, shuttle only every 30 mins

DANGEROUSLY UNMAINTAINED VEHICLES
* UPDATE: DRIVALIA, I HAVE ALREADY USED 'MANAGE MY BOOKING' PORTAL AND HAVE BEEN REFUSED A REFUND. *
DANGEROUSLY UNMAINTAINED VEHICLES. PLEASE AVOID.
Drivalia do not provide your car for the time you booked. They also happy to give you unserviced vehicles with several warning lights on, telling you they'll 'go off' and that the vehicle 'had been checked' I had tyre pressure warning lights and another unknown warning light which remained on. Under-inflated tyres can cause fatal accidents especially in the snow and ice, which were the driving conditions I experienced.
They will also refuse a refund. They are absolute cowboys and their cars are just an accident waiting to happen. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and would encourage the MANY others who have had similar experiences to do the same. They cannot keep getting away with this and are putting people at risk.
PLEASE IGNORE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE AND READ REAL REVIEWS CAREFULLY. VISIT GOOGLE OR REDDIT.

We arrived off a flight (six middle aged ladies) to go and collect car only to find the office closed. We were told by another car company next to them that he saw the car rental man close up and leave a half hour earlier, knowing that we were coming to collect a car, and he didn't bother to wait. Called customer service and they were Absolutely no help.
We had a 4hr journey ahead of us. We had to run around to try and find another car, luckily "Enterprise Car" hire were very good and sorted us out, so we were able to go on our way.
I would never recommend

If I could give minus five stars
If I could give minus five stars, I would. I used Carflexi to book a 9-seater for a weekend away in Scotland. They, in turn, reserved a vehicle with Drivalia. Our flight was delayed, and they had the flight number. We got to the hire company kiosk to find the attendant had "Gone home for the weekend". This left six women stranded in Aberdeen airport on a Saturday at 13.30 hrs. There was no help at the end of their "Help-line". With a 300-mile journey still ahead, Enterprise car rentals came to our rescue. I contacted the company on our return to be told, "You were not there at the booked time," so it is considered a "no-show," and they would not return the deposit. They knew the flight was delayed as they had the flight details. Both the booking company Carflexi.com and the car hire company Drivalia.co.uk should be avoided at all costs.
I have read your response. I followed the instructions and tried contacting you several times, but to no avail. The My Bookings web page cannot find the booking because it has passed. Your Customer service page keeps returning to the My Bookings page, which does as already stated. Again, Minus five Stars for after-service.
