What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience! Garry and Daniel couldn’t do more to accommodate us with our house move . 2 vans both great condition and simple easy process ! Massively cheaper than local other quotes for the same van and dates , would highly recommend

Pick up and return was really easy! Kenny gave good service & we could use the toilet after dropping off the car!

Unhelpful experience with Drivalia
We hired a car from Drivalia in Glasgow for May 25. We followed instructions and rang to say we were at the airport and were told a car would arrive for us within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later no car so we rang them to be told there was a technical hitch and no cars could be released. We had to hire from a different company and as last minute it was much more expensive. They then had the audacity to say to Holiday autos through whom we had booked that we didn't turn up. We had evidence of the phone calls and hotel stay that we were there. An unbelievably awful experience so don't use them.

DO NOT BOOK A VAN WITH THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BOOK A VAN WITH THIS COMPANY. They overbook their cars, give them to the first customer who turns up, and then tell everyone else that they have no others available. In my case the employee confirmed that they had accepted three online bookings for the same time when they only had one van available. They offered me a massive Luton van instead of the medium-sized one had booked to drive very small one-way roadside the Highlands.
