Smooth booking, completely satisfied. I did however have to get a uk mobile number to finish the booking. Price seems very reasonable.

People can make the difference…
I was looking for a car to hire on a trip back to UK from Spain, I usually use SIXT at Gatwick North, but took a look at the Drivalia Website. A little box popped up and "Jay" asked if I needed help, he was so helpful, polite and clear I decided to use Drivalia for the first time there

Janos needs a raise!!
Once again, Janos was outstanding. He booked us the exact van that we needed. He answered all our questions. Offered advice and helped us through the booking process. Janos is an exemplary employee and deserves a raise for his customer service and attention to detail. The price of hiring a van was great too.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I emailled to change my pick up time, they confirmed via email and then didn't change the time. Came at the wrong time, didn't call me just left, and on top of that was extremely rude when I called to find out whay was going on.

Easy booking experience
Good value car rental without exorbitant cross border charge to take the car from NI to RoI. Janos helped me book via the chat function and it was completed very quickly.
