Very professional, happy with

Really good course, kept it interesting and included us in all parts of it, the time really flew.

An excellent course delivered very professionally and non-judgementally in an easily accessible location and a pleasant environment.
The course brought home the wide ramifications of speeding, even marginally over the limit, especially where speeding results in an accident.
It also highlighted the importance of being up-to-date with the highway code and the pros and cons of modern technology in cars.

Doing the speed awareness training with Divetech was the best thing I ever did. The trainer was friendly but professional and kept the training on truck.

After 60 years of driving it was an excellent revision process as I now know ALL roads with street lighting are 30 mph unless otherwise stated, and not as I thought 40mph if spaced further apart. I received TWO prosecutions on the same day!! Lesson learnt. Staff were professional and engaging, with a non-judgmental approach, making the course informative and enjoyable leading to a better understanding of road safety.

Heather used just the right amount of humour and professionalism. She made sure no one was left out and explained things perfectly. Quite a pleasant few hours really.. after doing the course and learning a lot that I'd forgot or just didn't know I think it should be a mandatory course every 5 or 10 years as a condition of a driving licence.

Good venue, friendly nonjudgrmental trainers. I was surprised after driving for over fifty years how complacent I had become about knowledge of road safety.

Very informative and an eye-opener.
Everyone should do this course, not just those who have committed bad driving.
The in-person format is engaging and I can honestly say that I really enjoyed the course. The trainers were fantasic and delivered the material competently.

I've been driving for 50+ years and benefitted from all aspects of this course. I learned valuable lessons as well as strategies to keep myself and other road users safe.

The people where engaging and very rriendly, they never talked down to anyone and made us all aware of our mistakes in driving

the guy running our course was an excellent trainer, who instantly put everyone at ease.
There's no formal test but you can fail, so don't be late or fall asleep and you will be fine.

I attended the course online, with AJMcK as the instructor. He made the content very engaging and made sure that all the participants contributed. He also made sure he answered any questions that we all had. I learnt quite a bit and think that's it a great way to increase awareness rather than paying a fine or getting points. If it can change behaviour by people realising the dangers of speeding then it has to be a good thing.

Informative, non judgemental. Particularly useful as most people dont revisit the Highway Code after passing their test. Gives you more understanding of the dangers of speed & also how emotions can affect driving.

I’m currently attending a speed awareness course scheduled for 11:45 today.

The joining instructions asked attendees to arrive 10 minutes early, which I did. However, after being registered, I was informed the course would not actually start until 12:15, and it is now 12:30 and the session is still not underway.

This effectively means attendees who arrive on time and correctly follow the instructions are required to wait for an extended period before the course begins (an hour, in my case).

It would be helpful if the stated course time reflected the actual start time, or if the registration period was clearly explained in advance.

Well planned course and well delivered by a very competent trainer. I learnt something new which should hold me in good stead to drive more safely .

I had some reservations about the course, mainly down to some of the negative reviews present here and my initial experience with Drivetech.

My first course went poorly, the teams link did not work. When contacting the customer services though staff were helpful but even though I'd been sat in the lobby for 25 mins I was told unable to join my course. They did however rebook me in.

Second time around all worked fine, though I used a different device and operating system.

My instructor was Chris from Wales. He was very professional throughout, curtious and friendly. There was no judgement from him and I can t thank him enough for making a dry course as entertaining as it was.

Course pacing and content was spot on, class engagement was fine too.

Course was a lot better than I had feared. Would recommend it to anyone who needed it.

I would only ask, add the company's phone number to your emails and text correspondence. If there is an issue, it's stressful enough if your missing the course, without the need to go searching for contact details. Also put opening times up as website states opening times later than the course start time.
It's not, I now know you open earlier but that isn't clear.
