I just love this place! What a fantastic experience. Great staff, great environment, great experience!

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! Bought our first car from Drive Time because they were able to get us into a vehicle. Customer service was great from finding our car and leaving with it. Well that is all I can say that was a nice experience for the buying process. But now comes why I say do not buy from them. Bought our 2017 Santa Fe last September, it has been in the shop 5 times since then. They will tell you that for the first 30 days they will fix things if something is wrong, in which they did because the day that I came home, my panoramic sunroof stopped working which was working while I was at the store. My hinge in the passenger door was causing the door to get stuck because the hinge was bent, the automatic lift gate mechanism broke to my trunk. We had to go through Silver Rock extended warranty to get it repaired which was a hassle in itself. Well everything was going ok until my car started to go in limp mode. Come to find out that the knock sensor needed to be replaced in which now Silver Rock states that they do not cover. So here I am thinking how are we going to pay to have this taken care of. Had it not even a year and all these problems. So go take it to the Hyundai dealership to find out that the motor has to be replaced. Thank you Jesus that Hyundai paid for the motor. I called Drive time several times and they told me that I had to go through Silver Rock after Silver Rock stated before that they would not pay for the issue. Ok so basically, you sold me a lemon because for one they never had the car fully inspected to be able to see all the issues that this vehicle had before they put it on their lot to sell. Once you have driven the vehicle off the lot, you are on your own because they are no help along with Silver Rock! So you are on your own. So buyers beware and look at the service history on the vehicle that you are looking at buying because we also found out that there were several gaps in service to where oil changes were not done properly. If I would have known this, they would have never got my business. I know that there might be issues when buying a used vehicle but didn't expect this within the first 30 days and months after.

Today I went car shopping for the first time and I bought a car from them today! I was working with Jasmine Brown and to say she is “da G.O.A.T” is an understatement! She was super patient and explained everything very clearly. Service was absolutely amazing and I am very satisfied!

I had a great experience buying my car from DriveTime. My salesman John Kuria was very pleasant to work with from the beginning to the end. He was very efficient and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend seeing John for your next car purchase.

Was approved on the app and made an appointment for the next day after work. Walked in, was greeted and checked in within a few minutes was Jasmine Brown came up and walked me to her desk. She was very attentive, easy to talk to and answered my questions. Jasmine was a pleasure to work with and this was the first time in many car buying experiences that it didn’t take hours and hours purchase a car. I would send my friends and family to see her!!

I came in I had jasmine brown she was the truth she helped all the way though even with the things we didn’t know how to get she went the extra step

On July 14th I purchased what I thought would be a “reliable” car for my son to get to work. Approximately 3 weeks later on 8/2the transmission started to give out, amongst other issues under the hood. I called drive time wanting to return the car and get something else, foreseeing residual problems because this happened so early in the purchase. But, was told by management “well it is a used car, use the limited warranty and see where it goes”. The car was dropped off at the recommended repair shop on 8/4, which was an entirely different headache, and the car has been there since.The warranty only covers up to $300 for a rental. At this point I’ve made a car payment and insurance for a car that can’t be driven, and based on what I’ve been told it probably won’t be ready for another 3 weeks.
