DriveTime Car Sales - Raleigh レビュー 

A follow up to my review on June 7th. Still have not heard from my Salesperson John or the Manager. My husband got it to one of the shops on the warranty list on 6/10. He was there all day. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the vehicle according to what they thought was wrong with it. He gets truck back home gets up this morning goes to leave the house and the truck will not start. Yep thats right, it will not stop. So now the ones who repaired it says he will need to bring it back to the shop diagnose it yet again and go from there. This place is an hour away from where we live. Closest one to us. Now granted he is supposed to be working. So one of us is going to have to miss another day of work, because you know the cost of living is so cheap now, and take it back to see what is wrong with it now. Has DriveTime in Raleigh been inconvenienced? Absolutely not. Has John been inconvenienced and had to miss a day of work? Absolutely not. Has the poor excuse of a Manager been inconvenienced? Absolutely not. No me the customer has. Mind you I paid $3000 down on this vehicle yet not one sole from the hole of a business has contacted me. Please do not waste your time or money here, they are just out to make a sale and then you are screwed if anything goes wrong.

I really enjoyed the young lady who help me purchase my new vehicle but all the things she told me where on the vehicle it’s not just like the heated seats not true but all the other stuff is in place so that good I really wanted the heater seat I already have the vehicle now but I’m good

My son purchased a car from this company and has had NOTHING but problems. It has been in the shop more than it has been out. He was looking for a dependable car to get back and forth to work and that did not happen. This company did nothing to help him out. We have been very disappointed!

Great customer service! They made sure you walk out of there with a car. Their payment plan is set up in a way that won't hurt your pocket. They have a great selection of cars in very good conditions. I would buy more cars from here in the future and recommend it to everyone. I had a great experience!

I was very nervous because this was my first time buying a car. Danica was very understanding and patient. she walked me step by step and everything worked out great

I still think that 3 hours is too long to be in a dealership. BUT my sales person Emily was FANTASTIC with a capital “F”. She made the car buying experience (which I hate) Fun, engaging and pain free.if you need a hassle free car buying experience, SEE Emily.

I want to start off by saying customer service in the sales department was awesome. Crystal and Danny worked hard. They hussle . Management not so great. I was in this office 6 hours. Test drove a Jeep.
They only allow you to drive around the block basically.
They send you a route to follow. So the car didn't even have time to heat up. It drove fine. I bought it.
Put 1500 down. I had been looking at this Jeep awhile and drove 3 hours to them. I was happy. I get the keys and head home my husband was following . I get 2 miles and up the hill to get on interstate the car starts jerking. Mind you the gas light was on when I got the keys. I thought maybe I was running out of gas. So I filled it up. Got back in car and it was worse jerking around. Husband got in and we drove another mile and it's jerking really bad and can hardly make it up a hill. He says it's going back. He's a certified ford mechanic. Tells me he thinks the timing is off. We call and tell them they say bring it back.
When we went in to tell them the issue the manager told me she drove the car earlier and it did not do it.
I said let's go drive it now you'll see. I was made and felt to be like I was lying. She kept telling me the process of inspection before they put it on the lot. Ok I know how that works my husband ran a ford dealership. Obviously this car was half inspected. Or carelessly done. It was dirty on inside, and no gas. I went t back and they offered me to drive other things.
The ones I did were terrible. So we opted to get our money back. This was painless and they done it immediately. The sales were great. But management has a bit of attitude when things come up. I know it wasn't her fault. But the backhand remarks were not cute and we overheard some.
Also they said they couldn't reimburse for gas. That was $40 . They gave me a number to call and this lady from that number is acting like she knows nothing of what they are talking about so I probably won't get that money back. So I had a terrible experience. I basically drove hours to get there. Waisted 6 hours, put gas in a car for them and left. Got home 10:30 that night. I was gonna leave a good review initially because the two girls who helped us with paperwork and sales were great. But the more I thought on it and kept playing back the backhand remarks, and made to feel like I was lying I feel like it needs to be shared. Do yourself a favor and ask for someone there to test drive with you and ask for a longer route to really be able to check out what you buy. I have only complained on here twice in over 15 years. It's not in my character. So l'm not just some unhappy person. This place really needs more pleasant superiors.

A great experience. Very organized. Did approval online, test drove my car, signed paperwork & ready to go. Very easy process & very knowledgeable & nice folks.

Better make sure the vehicle you choose don’t have any cut off screws in the tires because they won’t fix it once it leaves their lot…

Krys (Krystal Wayland) was extremely helpful and made the process quick and painless. We left with a cute reliable first car for our daughter. It was a wonderful experience.

Yesterday I was helped by Krystal to make a purchase. She was extremely helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly. The only concern I have is that when I went home curiosity hit me and I looked up recalls on the car I purchased to find some serious recalls on it for more than one thing. This was not mentioned during the buying process nor in any of the fact sheets presented to me. I feel that these sorts of things should be mentioned before the buyer leaves the lot, especially if it involves safety.
