we had a new Bosch boiler 30i fitted by D.R.Plumbing on 9th August 2019 and we have to say how pleased we are with the standard and efficiency of their work . Nothing was to much trouble in answering our questions and they certainly deserve a 5 star rating.

Professional and hard working service
As an elderly woman on her own I so valued the advice, knowledge and expertise of Dyfed and his team. They were so professional and hard working. I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating. Diolch yn fawr!

When we moved into our current home we inherited a poorly designed heating system that over the years has become completely unusable. The old system had undergone at least two major alterations during the last 30 years and what was left was a complete mess. Given all the problems we had, we were very worried about finding the right company for the job. We knew it was a complicated system that had been bodged in the past and we needed someone we could trust and someone who knew what they were doing! DR Plumbing and Heating were the last of 3 companies we invited to quote for the work. We had our own ideas about the type of system we wanted to install and while everyone else was happy to 'sell us whatever we wanted' Dyfed challenged our ideas. He spoke knowledgably about the solutions to the problems we were experiencing and the benefits of a system boiler over combi, given they type of property we have and our specific needs. He put some very compelling arguments across as to why his solution would be the best and it's that leadership that sold it for us. The best part was his quote wasn’t any more expensive than anyone else and while others were worried about the unknows of our creaky system, Dyfed was reassuringly confident he could sort it all out.

From the day DR Plumbing & Heating were due to start the work until now (1 week after completion), the service has been exemplary. Communication throughout was excellent, they turned up bang on time, every day. They worked in our attic on the hottest day since records began and not once did any of stop smiling (it must of been horrendous working conditions!). Being summer holidays our children where at home during the work and even though he was probably getting in the way, the lads where very patient and inclusive of our 5-year-old son. What’s noticeable from the second work commenced was that these guys genuinely care about what they do, nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done to the highest standard.

We have absolutely no problems giving DR Plumbing and Heating a 5-star review. We have absolutely zero negative feedback, it couldn’t have been any better! If you’re looking for anything from annual serving to fixing a dilapidated heating in a large property, give these guys a call, you won’t be disappointed.

A New Boiler and Total Satisfaction.
The old boiler- and it was old!- needed replacing. But to whom should I turn? As a woman it is not always easy to find trustworthy tradesmen.
D. R. Plumbing was recommended to me, and I’m glad that they were. Dyfed Roberts was most open and helpful, clearly explaining everything to me. His work team could not have been bettered. A new boiler was fitted with minimal fuss - and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards!
Dyfed explained everything to me and now I enjoy a clean and efficient gas boiler and I don’t need to worry about it because of their after care package.

I used to be a British Gas Customer and my Gas Boiler was serviced by them. The cost of the service seemed to be very high for the carrying out of the service. I now use D.R. Plumbing & Heating to service my Gas Boiler. I now have a significant cost saving and a more in-depth servicing of my Gas Boiler along with Exceptional Level of Customer Satisfaction. I would recommend this company to one and all.

Recently had my house installed with central heating for the first time it's an old house pre war and it's never had central heating so was a big job D.R.Plumbing were amazing put my mind as ease every step of the way very professional clean and tidy. As I work full time and wasn't always there when the work was being carried out I had daily tx to check I was happy with the work so far it if I had any concerns. I would highly recommend for all your heating needs

D.R. Plumbing fitted a new Worcester Boiler for us. Dyfed came out to look at the work and gave a detailed explanation of how he would address the needs of the property, how the system would work and that it would take 2 and a half days to complete the job.

Dyfed kept us informed at the end of each day how much progress he had made and his plans for the next day; this was greatly appreciated as communication is very important to us. At the end of each day the workspace was swept and left immaculately, as this is was in a kitchen it meant we could use it in the evening/morning with no disruption.

The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Dyfed took the time to explain to us how to use this system, all the work that had been done and made sure it was swept and tidy.

We highly recommend D.R. Plumbing and will definitely be using them again in the future.

After getting a quote from Dyfed for installing a combi boiler and removal of the old water tanks we agreed a start date. Arrived on time each day and kept the site clean and tidy. Work was completed as we agreed and in good time. Dyfed even stayed around for me to return from work to explain the new system to me. I would highly recommend Dyfed and his team who recently fitted a new oil boiler and radiator for me. I was having a new kitchen fitted so they had to work around other tradesmen, which they did without any problems. They are always pleasant and courteous and Dyfed is always happy to answer any questions you may have. They are always punctual and their work is neat and tidy.

We agreed a schedule of work with DR Plumbing to fit in with other trades required to fit a new kitchen and garden room. DR Plumbing worked precisely to the schedule. They removed an existing boiler and installed a new boiler in a different location within the new kitchen also fitted new radiators - the work they carried out is excellent everything neat and tidy and exactly as required. We now have a care plan with them that is extremely comprehensive and at a very reasonable price. We would not have any reservation in recommending DR Plumbing & Heating to to anyone.

Dyfed and his team replaced our old central heating system with a new combi. All radiators, pipework and controls etc. were replaced.
It took 4 days and the price was as per the original quote.
They were tidy, efficient, polite and very conscientious, a pleasure to have in our home.
Dyfed kept us updated and asked every day if we were happy with the work so far.
