My order arrived quickly and well packed. I'm no expert, but the quality feels great and I've put the ducting and fan together above our cooker as our extractor fan. I'm very happy!

Order some dampers and was told 3-5 days delivery due to not in stock. 8/11/24 after 10 days still no delivery rang and they said it would be another week, we needed the items to finish off a project in London so I had to order elsewhere and pay for overnight carriage. After this they suddenly said they could deliver 21st November. They return our money but we lost nearly two weeks, paid overnight cost and have had to have installers on site again (round trip of 360 miles. This company has cost us a lot of money and are useless. Don’t trust them to do what they say delivery times wise. Will will never use them again. If we could give a 0 score we would

As someone with no knowledge of ordering ducting etc I needed cowls to protect fan outlets installed to meet covid regulations in our business.
Brad at Ductstore was brilliant in explaining what I needed and also adapting their standard product to suit my exact needs.
The cowls were manufactured and dispatched in under 6 days and arrived within 24 hours. They are well made and exactly as per my specification and all at their standard (very reasonable) price. Well packged and carefully delivered.

We've been expanding the extraction for our lasers and Ductstore has been invaluable. I've placed a number of orders and they've had everything I've needed so far. Prices OK, quality acceptable, fast delivery and online ordering reasonably easy. I've also called for technical advice, so all in all, a very good service.

I have an A/C unit and ordered what was advertised as the correct ducting both in fitment and thermal retention. Sadly what arrived was a very cheap item, probably from China, that leached so much heat into the room the A/C was installed in, that the unit simply couldn't remove heat; just to clarify, the unit is a brand new DeLonghi A/C costing £800 and works perfectly with the supplied ducting - so the unit is not at fault.

Contacted customer services, politely highlighted the problem with my order, and was told where to go. Nice.

Do yourself a favour and order from elsewhere...

I ordered a unique capped duct and it was delivered fast, great price and I am very happy with the quality of the work and joins. Excellent !
