I took my car in this morning for an MOT and Service. The frontline staff, Sarah and Janine are always so welcoming and friendly. Sarah booked my car in swiftly and I was kept informed of any delays whilst I waited. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. My husband and I have bought several cars from Dudley Motor Company and they have always treated us like family and provide excellent customer care. I would highly recommend the company if you are looking to purchase a new or used car. You won't be disappointed from purchase to aftercare. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard each day to keep us on the road.

Disappointing communication and lack of follow-up

I brought my Vauxhall Combo in on 28/08/2026 for an initial safety recall check (Job Ref: 13736). While waiting, basic hospitality was lacking (not even offered a coffee, so I just went for a walk). When the car was done, nobody called to let me know it was ready.

When I collected the keys, no paperwork was handed over, including the promised 26-point vehicle health check report. It has now been over two weeks, and there has been zero update on the unavailable part (9101298) or when the work will be completed. Service itself was polite, but communication and follow-up definitely need improvement.

First class service and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I'd definitely recommend Dudley Motor Company to friends and family because they were very approachable but not pushy in anyway. The collection was super smooth and subsequently I have had need of their repair shop as the wash water pump failed. I phoned the day after it happened, car in that day and new pump fitted. Dan in service was excellent as were the repair staff, made to feel very welcome and saved my weekend.

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from the Dudley Motor Co.
Once again FIRST CLASS SERVICE. They have never disappointed me in the 40 years I have dealt with them.
Would not buy a car from anywhere else.

We bought a Ford edge , professional from start to finish kept us updated until we collected the car .

We purshased a 2021 vauxhall mokka last week.
Our sales person was a friendly professional gentleman named Steven Brookes.
My wife and I had searched the Internet to get me a newer replacement vehicle but found nothing we wanted.
My wife suggested a vauxhall and found the Dudley Motor Company which happened to be within a few miles from our home and had some nice vehicles available.
It was here we had the good fortune of meeting Steve. Steve has the patience of a saint with the ability of putting us at ease in his relaxed friendly way and a fantastic knowledge of the vehicles available .
Thank you so much Steve , I love my vauxhall mokka as its a pleasure to drive and I have now entered the 21st. century compared to my old car .

I bought a used car for £12k from Dudley Motors in October 23. The car was a nightmare from the start, was backwards and forwards for repairs under the warranty. The last time the car was being repaired it was at Dudley Motors for 3 months. The warranty then ran out and the garage didn’t want to know. In fact they offered me a preferential rate if I wanted to trade in the absolute lemon they had sold me. The car has been an absolute nightmare, I have had to sell it for £2k as the list of work required to get the car repaired was £6k, which I can’t afford. Just so disappointed and gutted. Don’t buy a car from this garage.
