I can’t fault Adele and her colleagues at Duncan Yeardley. It was a tough sale, with several buyers pulling out at the eleventh hour, but DY never eased up on finding the right buyer, often going above and beyond to look after the vacant property and to keep me abreast of progess. It helps that they’re also very nice people!

Have used Duncan Yeardley as my letting agent for over 4 years now and the experience has always been good from initial discussions through letting out to close out. They have been on their game and super responsive at every stage. I have never had any grounds for complaint. My latest let was managed by Jessica who has done a fantastic job always quickly responding to calls and queries, and, on a number of occasions far outside normal business hours. Always professional and friendly, Jessica made the going to market and letting out process simplicity itself.

I was looking for a property to rent for myself. I registered with Duncan Yeardley about 3/4 weeks ago. At the time, there weren't any properties that met my requirements. Jess White reached out to me early last week to advise a property that suited my needs. I viewed the property last night, made an offer this morning and will be collecting the keys next Friday! As this is my first time renting I was completely new to this. Jess White has been incredible. She is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and all round has been so so helpful.
