Having made decision to move after 42 yrs, we engaged Duncan yeardley to sell our beloved home & downsized
The process was a piece of cake ,& with the wounderful assistance of sales lady called Marney, who made things run so smoothly & without any problems,
I have total faith in Duncan yeardley especially Marney I have instructed them to sell my late mother's property

I would highly recommend DY as an estate agent. After being on with another agent for ten weeks with no interest we got in touch with Callum and his fab team. Within a week we had an offer on our property. The whole team were great but I have to say a huge thank you to Marney, her communication with us has been amazing. Marney came round to do a valuation. The next day she called as one of her colleagues had customers that were looking for a house like ours. They came round and viewed it and made an offer on the same day.

Fantastic outcome as we have not had to have loads of people coming round to view.

We also have a pond with large fish in it that the buyers did not want so Marney put us in touch with a man who is going to take them all.

Jan Stamp has been absolutely instrumental in helping us navigate a fairly challenging situation with our rental property. There were a number of ongoing maintenance issues that required coordination between different parties, and throughout the whole process she remained patient, responsive and solution focused.

What stood out most was her willingness to step in and take ownership when things weren’t progressing as they should. She kept communication clear, followed things up consistently, and made sure we weren’t left in the dark, which made a big difference during what could have been a very frustrating experience.

It’s not always easy managing expectations on both sides, but Jan handled it professionally and with a calm, practical approach that helped get things moving again.

Our experience selling our father’s property with Duncan Yeardley was exceptional from start to finish. Tom Major managed to initiate the buyer process even before the house was officially listed, leading to a smooth 3-month completion. Tom was incredibly thorough, ensuring every piece of paperwork was explained, and no question went unanswered. We cannot recommend Tom and the team highly enough.

I contacted the agency via email to visit a flat in Bracknell. I was called by an agent called Vivien, however as I was driving, she told me she would text me instead. Indeed she did and I replied to her including all the info she needed. 3 days on I haven't heard back from her. I qualify as my salary is sufficient and I do not have bad credit or credit cards for a matter of fact. I feel dumbfounded that I was not contacted again and I certainly will not be calling them.
