Excellent service and communication. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish, I was kept up to date with progress on the sale, communication was excellent and everyone was professional and supportive. They chased up any queries.
I would definitely recommend Gowland White and will use them in the future should the need arise.

We recently sold through Gowland White. It was a close call as to who to go with, as we called in several different agents to provide a quote. Pleased with our choice, great photos and videos and excellent marketing. Claire was our main contact, but excellent communications from the whole team. Appreciate the sales progression team following up every week or two to ensure that the sale didn't stagnate as they often can.

As a first time buyer, we were stepping into the un known, but everyone at Gowland white have been incredible from start to finish. Always available to answer any questions we had regarding properties listed, promptly arranged viewings for us and eventually offering sound advice when making an offer on a house. They have constantly kept in touch with us throughout the process of buying our house keeping us up to date with any changes, updates and good news.

A special mention to Esther who has always been there for us, whether it was when we initially made our offer, helping us communicate with the vendor, and finally telling us our keys were ready. Esther is a credit to the company and is always happy to help and answer any questions.

From start to finish we were looked after from beautiful photos and selling our house so quickly .Absolutley first class staff through out our sale and we were up to date with everything Thankyou so much making a smooth move for us girls from Neil&Nancy Macpherson really recommend Gowland &White .

What an amazing experience we have had, from start to finish.
After a death in the family, our uncle decided it was time to move somewhere smaller with supported living and sell his house that he grew up in for 60 years, in Middlesbrough.
I approached Gowland White in Stockton-on-Tees after a family relative had a good experience and recommended them.
We met Magda Todd who valued the property and explained everything to us very clearly, professionally and honestly.
The property had not gone officially "live" on the selling system yet, but we already had a viewing and an offer.
Magda explained that, Esther Young was going to be our property consultant and I tell you what! She couldnt of done anymore for us. Updates were prompt, always replied to emails in a timely manner and genuinely seemed happy in her work, job and role, happy, upbeat, and enthusiastic

I’ve just recently sold my house through Gowland and White and from start to finish it was amazing service. Very glad I decided to sell through them.
A big thank you to Clare and the team for everything. It was my first time selling a house and the team were great with explaining everything to me and getting the ball rolling. Throughout the whole process they booked loads of viewings and kept me informed on the process and sent me updates on how many people were viewing the property online to actual viewings and any feedback people had after viewing the property.
Anytime I had any questions they got back to really quickly and were always happy to help or go out of their way for me. I think this was especially great because I didn’t feel like I was ever having to chase anyone up or waiting around for replies during what can be a stressful time. It also felt like they wanted to speak to me no matter how silly a question I asked and I am sure there was many.
My house sold pretty quickly with them and for the right price so I am very happy!
I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a very friendly, reliable and helpful team to get your property sold.
The fees as well were very very reasonable considering all the work the team puts in.

I am concerned about the lack of communication.
We were interested in a property and contacted them on a Friday. They could not get through to my phone for some reason, completely understandable, so I gave them my husband’s phone number and my email address to contact us when they were able to book a viewing.
My husband was informed that they were talking to the vendor about a viewing but heard nothing more. I had to ring once again only to be told an offer had been accepted on the property. I think others who were interested in the property should have been informed as has been the case with other estate agents we have been in contact with.
I had previously expressed interest in another property through Gowland White on Rightmove and received no response at all.
Disappointing as other estate agents we have been in contact with have been very prompt and informative.

Thank you so much to the whole team who looked after us brilliantly during our house sale. Esther was brilliant from start to finish and we were constantly kept in the loop and updated with any information necessary.
