All staff have been easy to speak to and get hold off. Kept us informed of our house sale without prompt. We received an offer quickly. We have spoken to people in our home, at the office and over the phone and found everyone to be courteous and helpful.

All the staff were very efficient and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Mandy who was brilliant throughout & made me feel at ease.

I saw my dream property online on Saturday, phoned on Monday and arranged a viewing with Mandy on Tuesday. By Friday Mandy was messaging me with the news our offer got accepted 🏡🎉. Mandy kept us informed throughout the process of putting in our offer and even worked during her non-working days to ensure we were kept up to date! She is an absolute diamond, so patient, kind. I have never experienced an estate agent like Duncan Yeardley. We purchased our house through them in 2019 and they were excellent, so we decided to sell with them in 2024. We had 2 offers at and above asking price before the property even went to market. After the sale fell through 4 weeks later (no fault of DY), we had re-sold within 24 hours and the chain was back up and running.
