From start to finish Gina and the team have been amazing. Always the personal touch and going above and beyond with their clients. Even when there has been challenges along the way we have worked together to get them resolved. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to other people and will miss my regular calls with Gina.

As a company we sell many properties and deal with many agents. The team at Duncan Yeardley persisted and managed to secure a sale efficiently. Securing a sale is one thing however Judy's willingness and persistence to see the sale through to completion together with Gina's sales progression was first class. Duncan Yeardley have been excellent during the purchase of our first home. Mandy listened to exactly what we were looking for and found us our perfect home. Gina progressed our purchase super fast, we couldn’t believe how quickly it all went through, and we completed before 9:30 in the morning!! Duncan Yeardley makes moving house an absolute walk in the park. They are extremely professional but friendly. They made an extremely stressful situation an absolute breeze. I cannot thank Jessica in the Bracknell branch enough for everything she has done throughout the process.

Unfortunately I would not recommend the company to anyone, they cost us money as we took their advice, after the flat was sold they said one of their team had got confused and wouldn’t admit the thing that cost us money was their fault but they gave us ‘ a goodwill gesture‘ but still wouldn’t admit they were in the wrong. Very stressful process. The company say they kept us up to date but I have conflicting emails which came from them and verbally they said the agent got confused but not their fault. As they don’t own up to their mistakes I would avoid

I can't praise the staff at Duncan Yeardley enough,especially Lucy. When I entered the estate agents on December 2nd I was greeted by Lucy who sat me down listened to me as a potential first time buyer, she told me of a possible property and arranged a viewing for the following morning (Saturday) on the Monday I made an offer for the property which was accepted the next day. All the way through the buying process Lucy has been by my side guiding me through everything and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. Lucy THANK YOU for all your help!!

These guys are second to none. I found them originally when looking into buying a property and was impressed with their vetting process so decided to ask them to value my own home aswell. From there we came to partner with them on the sales of 4 new build properties in Bracknell which were marketed so well went on to sell before the build was even completed for more than the market valuation. Super smooth process all the way through from offer to sale thanks to an exceptional office team that made everything fall into place. Let it be said there is no way I won’t be using them again in the future for all my sales and lettings. 5 stars well earned and there’s should be a special category for 6 stars just for these guys alone.

Jessica made the process the most smooth and enjoyable process (which you definitely can’t say often!). The communication and professionalism was beyond incredible! From the first point of contact to finding our dream home, Jessica was incredible! The entire process was completely faultless!

Jessica from the Bracknell branch has been extremely helpful with all of the questions I had (which was a ton) and they’ve been really good at communicating what steps to take and when to take them.
