Terrible customer service. The Chatbot doesn’t seem to understand that the purpose of customer service is to retain customers. I ordered a pair following the measurement guide and when they came they were too large in the calf so I ordered the size down to try. Because I didn’t process this as an exchange, the computer said I would need to pay postage to return my boots. I checked with chat and they said they would waive the return fee. A few hours later I was emailed by the company to tell me that actually they couldn’t waive it because I hadn’t followed the correct process. Won’t be ordering from here again and I will probably return both pairs now because I have no confidence in their customer service.

Beautifully made, genuine leather boots. Excellent customer service as I had got my sizing wrong, the returns service was so simple and allowed me to let them know what I should have bought so it was ready to ship the same day they received the other boots back.
The boots themselves are very well made in really good quality leather

I love my Duo boots, I purchased my first pair over 29 years ago, after struggling to find knee high boots that would fit my curvy calf’s, they are beautifully made.

This is my first experience with Duo boots and I'm so pleased with my experience. I love knee high boots and saw the most delicious pair in dark chocolate and with a buckle on the ankle. As I was unpacking them I could feel the excellent quality of the boots. They are beautifully made and the leather is soft and supple with an easy to grip zip handle. The flexible calf sizes helped me to find a perfect fit. I have struggled to find well fitting boots in the past because of joint problems in the feet and ankles, but the moment I put these on they were very very comfortable. I look forward to many years of wearing these and maintaining their appearance with leather polish.

I bought my verity boots in burgundy and the process was really smooth - they arrived fast and enveloped in a lovely pink wrap.

They fit perfectly, look beautiful in my dress and they are really comfortable.

My recent experience with DuoBoots' return process was disappointing. Despite encountering sizing and style issues with three pairs of boots, the return process was far from smooth. The boots arrived in two separate packages, but only one return label was provided, leading to unexpected postage costs for one parcel. Despite my attempts to seek reimbursement, DuoBoots declined, citing the charge was not credited to their account.

This lack of accountability and unwillingness to address customer concerns left me disillusioned. I caution potential buyers to be wary of DuoBoots' return policies and customer service. While their footwear may be stylish, their handling of returns falls short, tarnishing their reputation.

In summary, my experience highlights the need for improvement in DuoBoots' customer service and return procedures.

I absolutely loved my experience shopping with them and my gorgeous pair of new knee high boots. The process was simple, easy and efficient and they are already my favourite pair of shoes!! Thank you again Duo for making inclusive boots gorgeous and accessible!

I have been a loyal customer for almost two decades in all your guises, however I have seen a huge decline in your offerings of late. Less choice, boring, boots don't fit like they used to and when you do want to swap them for a different style - you don't have my size in stock, before you could search according to size/calf width. Had to return full-priced boots because they aren't the size you say (and I have to pay for that - not great customer service). I honestly couldn't fault the original Duo Boots.

Ordered and paid for my Boots on the 9th December 2023 .... still no boots over 6 weeks later !!! Despite multiple emails and 3 different people promising to get back to me no one has. There is no tracking information available as they do not even seem to have been given over to Royal Mail. No Refund, No Boots and no communication.

I received my first pair of your boots yesterday. I am absolutely delighted with them. I have skinny legs. So long boot are a no no for me, there is always to much room in them, so they never look good. These are a perfect fit. The suede is really good quality. I'm absolutely delighted with them.

Dreadful customer service.
I posted the boots back via the Royal Mail label provided but the tracking isn’t working. I’ve asked duo to support and investigate. Nothing. Utterly useless. All they say is we’ve checked the warehouse and we don’t have them. Wait 10 days. I’ve waited 10 days and still nothing. I want a refund! The boots have been sent back, track them down via Royal Mail and attempt some level of customer service like other companies

I was delighted to find boots at Duo that fitted my very long slim feet and my slim calves. They cost more than I'd ever spent on footwear but they were comfortable and stylish and I wore them every winter for a few years. Last winter when I took them out of the wardrobe where I always store them one boot was perfect but the other had shrunk to half it's size and curled up. There was no way I could get my foot into it. I contacted Duo who suggested that I stuff it with newspaper which I did but that didn't do anything. I contacted them again but got no reply.
So I'm left with one perfect boot and one that is fit for nothing. It's so hard for me to find footwear that fits that I'm reluctant to just throw them away.
I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Ordered boots for the first time. The heels started to wear down quite quickly. Duo boots have sent me a new pair and even changed the size for me. Absolutely amazed and appreciative of the service received. Customer service seems to be less of an interest to companies. Just want your info and money. Not Duo boots! They will listen and help ❤️ Thank you!

Finally!! Knee high boots for smaller calves. I'm really happy that I found Duo. Since I live in the States it is very challenging to find knee high boots for smaller calves. I received my boots last night and I absolutely love the fit around my 32cm calves. The leather is good quality, sleek and very classy looking. I will definitely order more boots from Duo again. I was also pleasantly surprised about how fast the boots were delivered since they were coming from abroad.

Hands down the best knee high boots I have ever had.

The fit is perfect, they look extremely abd classy and they are surprisingly comfortable, even with the heel height.

I bought the burgundy and may not buy it in black too.

Amazing product and fantastic service. I’ve brought 2 pairs of their boots now they are the only boots that fit and aren’t frumpy. The quality of the leather is the best I highly recommend.

Fantastic quality boots, well worth the money. This will be the third pair I have bought for my wife from Duo Boots, and we have never been disappointed with them.

The negatives: I've now spent £10 on returning boots that don't fit. No stores so you can't try them on, which I guess is a sign of the times. I bought then exchanged a pair for a different style, and then eventually just refunded the replacement because the sole of my feet only came in contact with a small portion of the bed of the boot and there was a ton of room over top of my foot. I would have loved it if they had half sizes. I'm a 3.5, but the 4 was massive. I'm not interested in spending more money to only find out the 3 is too small.

As for calf fit, they were ok. I would have preferred a 42, but they only have 41. The next size up is 44 and again would have been way too big.

The positives: If they had fit, they would have been the most beautiful boots. I would have been buried in them.
