I had never heard of Duo boots before, so I was a bit reluctant to spend a largish amount of money, but gave it a go after reading reviews. I am so glad I did, I now own the best pair of boots I have ever had. Gorgeous soft leather, and fit perfectly ( not easy when you have larger than average calves!) they arrived promptly after ordering, and were beautifully packaged, and they are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered for my daughter for Christmas. They came within 5 days of ordering and the sizing was perfect. She's needed a wider calf and the boots fit perfectly. She loves them.

Ordered my boots and they were a sizevtoo big it was easy to return them and the replacements were sent the same day.The return cost and redelivery was paid for by Duo boots. They are an considered buy but the quality is so much better than the high Street. Well done for excellent customer service something that you don't come across very often

Absolutely LOVED the knee high boots. They fit perfectly. I measured as asked on the site. I think I have been looking for knee high boots for my skinny calves since ages. Delivery was quick and perfect! Quality is excellent. Duoboots you have earned a customer for life!

I had been shopping for knee high boots for my short, skinny legs for quite some time and so pleased to have finally found the perfect fit at Duo Boots. Customer service was awesome with tracking my order and shipped promptly as I was looking to receive on time to wear to special event. I hope to see Duo Boots carry more options with petite shaft height. For those of you shopping for narrow calf, and want to wear over jeans or leggings, I recommend measuring your calf over the desired clothing. My boots were perfectly snug as ordered.

The customer service was good even though it was via a chat email. My boots were very delayed and seemed to go missing for some time but they were courteous with my queries and patience paid off. I love the boots, they fit like a glove and I don’t look like I have wellies on my skinny calves!

I ordered a pair of boots costing £250 - first time customer. The boots were dispatched quickly but via Royal Mail. I questioned this given the strikes & delays. Duo Boots advised they could dispatch by DPD at an extra cost. I queried this given the premium product, no discount code or first time customer discount, but Duo Boots refused. They were tardy in their response after I asked for an escalation. The handling of the situation was now worse than the situation itself. I called them out on social media and they blocked me. Infantile at best. They refunded me even though I didn’t request a refund. What a total shambles. Extreme lack of customer centricity. First and last purchase!

6 days ago my boots were being dispatched by the sender but checking the online tracking I see no progress. This week's postal strike has been and gone, but still says, seller dispatching item. Come on DuoBoot, either dispatch them or send a courtesy email.

Beautiful boots, shipped and received faster than ordering something from Amazon. I ordered a half size up thinking I would need more room for thick socks but definitely order your regular size. Easy peasy return and exchange. I would order from here again. Multiple options for thicker calf's. Made my legs look slimmer.

Hi, after quite a lengthy online chat (with a human) I bit the bullet and ordered a pair of your boots. To me they were an expensive purchase but I can see why, oh the fit and quality! I am so delighted with them. Thank you again.

Dreadful customer service. No phone number, just an online chat service which doesn't appear to have real people at the end. Customer service by email is sporadic. Very inflexible on refunds; despite sending proof that my return had been delivered, I've been told I must wait 10 days! I tried four pairs of boots, and all had a strange flappy bit at the top, badly designed boots, and bad customer service. I will never shop here again.

First time ordering Duo boots online and they are perfect in every way. Still miss the store in Edinburgh it having closed. But I’m now very confident in ordering online.

Absolutely beautiful boots that fit me perfectly. The quality and design is as described and the photo. I think it would be really hard to find boots of this quality at this price. From order yo delivery zero issues and delivered really quickly in beautiful packaging. Would I buy again 100% would I recommend to others 100%

I have bought a pair of Saffron boots in black, and have not taken them off ever since they arrived! The boot is so comfortable, and the grippy sole means I can wear them through rainy days too. These boots go with every look, they are so flattering and easy to style. I definitely recommend DuoBoots, as this is the first time a pair of boots zips all the way up my "sporty" calfs. Definitely a good purchase!

Awful. Firstly the online measuring guide is terrible and each boot comes up very large ended up needed 4 sizes below my initial size. Delivery speed super slow. Had to pay £15 to return. Had to chase my replacement half a dozen times and no apology or any customer service was given by Lee in the office. No email ever sent any time confirming boots received back and new ones on their way, sent a 3rd pair back for incorrect sizing wanting another exchange size and waited and waited. Sent an email to Lee asking where they were and at this rate winter would be over. Never responded just refunded. They pay all these social media bloggers to advertise their over priced and under quality expected products but don’t care at all about the paying customers. Please don’t part with £300 for this substandard company. Interesting the only reply I got was here on trustpilot to cover their tracks but actually still no “actual” reason as to why they are so awful.

Nice boots but narrow in the foot. WARNING - they do NOT refund return costs unless faulty or incorrect order sent and this codts over £15 with insurance and tracking via Royal Mail!

I ordered the Hestia boots in blue suede. They turned up very promptly and the quality is excellent. I have sprayed them immediately with protector before wearing them.

It’s difficult to find boots with different calf sizes; I find most are way too slim for me, and it is wonderful to find boots that fit so well. The one thing I would like to change is to see slightly ‘dressier’ styles. Most of them are very practical but sometimes we want something a little more elegant without being so high we can’t walk in them. Kitten heels, perhaps?

Poor. sent the wrong boots in the box. £300 boots doesnt anyone spend 5 seconds just to check these things?! Half an hour on chat to be told I have to send them back and lucky me I will get my return postage refunded as long as I keep the receipt. Poor and slow service. Will buy elsewhere.
