I’ve been through a few accountants and find Duport to be the best of the lot by far. They are super quick to reply and happy to field my many questions!! Highly efficient and I’d high recommend.

Helpful staff with excellent support for business websites and emails etc. Old system seems clunky at first but is more safe & secure than others with little interference.

I have a domain name with Duport and have since needed to make some nameserver changes. It is so refreshing to be able to talk to their Technical Support immediately rather than wait on hold. They offer really knowledgeable and helpful advice and are equally responsive on email. It has made such a difference - thank you!

Glad to use this platform to share my experience. My domain was due to be renewed and I wanted to clarify some information too, consequently I contacted duport for a ring back. Thereafter on Friday 13th 2020 I received a call from Jade, a condescending duport customer service rep, alas she was very partitioning and unhelpful,(absolutely appalling attitude). The experience made me question the professionalism of duport reps and if I should bother to continue doing business with them in the future. However having used duport services for the past 11 years I decided to contact them again. Therefore the following Monday I called the office and thankfully I spoke with Jessica, who demonstrated the expected customer service demeanor, she is a delightful rep who pleasantly and patiently address my needs. This restored my confidence in duport.

It takes a lot for me to actually write a review but when a company gets it right people should know about it. Very polite, patient and kind people that give you the time you need to ask questions and give you honest answers without trying to flog me anything. The service I have had means I will totally use Duport for my accounting needs. Such a breath of fresh air compared to so many other businesses that take every opportunity to sell you to death every time they talk to you. I have enough stress as it is being a sole trader! I will be a loyal customer but will also recommend too! Well done and thanks.

Its a good site to buy domain name but not hosting. I bought a domain name and hosting too but they want me to pay 200£ extra for me to be able to use my hosting after i have paid for hosting this is crazy

As someone who had never set up a business or needed an accountant Duport were an absolute godsend a regular monthly fee and free postage envelopes for all bills/receipts etc and sorting the tax. Absolutely spot on. I have not hesitation in recommending them if I could give 10 stars I would

It never ceases to amaze me how far the staff go out of their way to answer all my questions and spend time on the phone discussing things.

Each person that I have spoken to is always polite friendly and has time to deal with my queries. There is never any waiting time when I call the office and always get though immediately.

Duport were my accountants 5 years causing around 10K direct losses. They give no copies of thier communication with HMRC and continuesly increased taxes, made us paying personal tax up front on some "assumptions" , one year after 5 different tax codes one of our directors lost 2K on personal tax and when we asked where is the appeal we agreed to file, Duport just said -that person left the company. When ask any question on tax implication of your business plans they answer one-two words messing you in endless ping pong game till you give up asking. You learn only 18 months later filing return what tax implication was. I had enough when they refused to file VAT return claiming we underpaid 10K of VAT, with no explanation offered. Instead of giving thier calculations to be checked they sent 5 rounds of random guesses with no books shown. When I pointed the potential sourse of miscalculation, they just gone quiet. No apology offered neither they ever filed that delayed VAT return. We had to drop them for own sanity. Too much money got lost. Now we are paying for all accounts being audited after the mess they made. They work for own relations with HMRC not for clients. With multiple mistakes from thier side they treated us like criminals constantly sending some lectures on some persieved penalties "what if" we did not pay or file for things we already paid and filed. You will pay max tax with them and get all submissions delaied to get penalty from you too.
