I had very bad experience for opening a 


I had very bad experience for opening a company with the duport . They did add a name as shareholder on my company details. Therefore they ask me more money for removing the name...that was awful...they made many hassle for me...finally , we dissolved that. If you wanna waste your time and money , use this company register.

We acknowledge the complaint made and we are very sorry that our service did not match the expectations of Maryam Hatami on this occasion. We have attempted to explain why the information entered online had to be changed but we were unable correct the issue without their cooperation. On this occasion we have not met our clients expectations.

They have a good business model for 


They have a good business model for busy start ups and time poor directors, but the systems need updating so that online payments can be taken as they currently take payments for filing systems online. They don't respond to complaints and if you're ever in a fix and can't get through to them they are open a couple of hours in the morning and evening, they are patronising and rude.

A company shows its value and authenticity with how they deal with one off issues and in this regard, they fail. I was 2 days late to file accounts, it was due to an atrocious amount of stress a couple of weeks before they were due and a ridiculously hectic schedule and it would have been so helpful to have been able to pay online haven requested that Duport helps with the filing, I didn't have my filing details to do this myself, they are with Duport as I have used them for years. I accept it is my responsibility to do them but just trying to convey feedback about how helpful it would be to have online systems, I was met with a condescending and rude women, she actually terminated the call. This has made me decide to go elsewhere in the future. I also gave them feedback about this experience and they could not care less!
