This place is the one...
Customer service has always been amazing, any issues with delivery are promptly resolved and generally an amazing customer experience all round, free from worries.

I highly recommend this place, I have yet to visit and only ordered online but I look forward to meeting these genuinely good people in the future.

I have been buying my cigars from the…

I have been buying my cigars from the Dutch tobacconist for a good few years now. I can honestly say that first of all the customer service and knowledge of cigars is outstanding. Secondly they always have a large selection to choose from. I can say that I’m always satisfied. Highly recommended to all cigar smokers and lovers out there.

Again, thank you. I appreciate very much hasty response once my order has been placed and it’s comforting to receive the supplemental email indicating that the product was shipped The same day. I received my order 11 days after shipping without any issues. The packaging is subtle and cleared all hurdles without any incident. Kind regards, Bill
