I've been using Dutch tobacconist for 4 years.
Good prices and prompt response after ordering.
One one occasion, my order was not in stock but they rang me and emailed to offer a replacement product at no extra cost.

The whole process is excellent. Easy to order, very helpful email communication if there is any issue and the customer service is exceptional.
Delivery is quick (they use an excellent courier) and communication about progress of the delivery is very good.

The cigarettes arrived very quickly in good condition. It took me back to the 1970's as Gitaines are very hard to get in the UK, particularly the tip less one's. A very satisfying strong cigarette.
