JW at DWHarris assisted us through the process of having a tenant evicted under a Section 8 (non-payment of rent), after having been recommended to us by the estate agent. From the start, communication was clear, regular and reassuring, be it by email or telephone; the pricing was explained in detail (and competitive), and any questions were promptly answered. Everything was handled in a very professional manner, right up to the moment the bailiff attended. Hopefully we will not need to go through this process again, but if so, I would absolutely use DWHarris.

We recently moved house for the first time in 21 years, so my husband and I were understandably apprehensive about the process. Rhunedd from the Pontypridd office and her team (Sarah) were outstanding in guiding us every step of the way.
Rhunedd was extremely helpful and professional and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The chain became very tricky around five months in, and without Rhunedd taking the lead, I genuinely don’t think we would have completed before Christmas.
We also encountered a last‑minute Land Registry issue, and Rhunedd went above and beyond to ensure contracts were exchanged on 19 December. She truly went the extra mile, allowing us to spend our first Christmas in our new home.
