I used David W Harris for a property transaction which was under a tight deadline.
The ladies were exceptional from start to finish, communication was second to none and very reasonable in terms of pricing.
If your looking for a solicitor for property purposes I would highly recommend asking for Charlotte or Rhunedd !

Having used D W Harris & co recently for conveyance on a property, it was a no brained to use them again, when buying another property. The level of service is second to none, with all contact, whether it be email or phone calls, answered promptly & all questions answered with clarity, ensuring a stress free purchase.

JW at DWHarris assisted us through the process of having a tenant evicted under a Section 8 (non-payment of rent), after having been recommended to us by the estate agent.
