We were given Kate Clarke’s name by our estate agent. It was a good decision on our part to hire her for our sale and purchase.
The sale was fairly straight forward but our purchase was very difficult. Kate spotted a major issue and offered suggestions. We are so grateful to her for highlighting the issue and resolving it. Her communication was excellent answering questions within 24 hours. Property moves are really stressful at the best of times, but we felt completely looked after and safe in Kate’s hands. Can’t recommend her enough.

I went to DW Harris for help with a personal injury claim following a road traffic collision. From the first initial appointment I felt that my case was in good hands. I was looking for a solicitor to act on my behalf for a personal injury claim against the company I work for.
After searching the internet for reputable solicitors I came across D W Harris.
I had a consultation with Christopher Pridham, who agreed to represent me, the service I received from Chris and his team was 1st class, not only did they deal with the companies insurance, but they kept me informed at every stage of the process.
I would also like to thank Seren, who dealt with most of the correspondence between myself and Chris, whether it was by email or telephone she was always professional and courteous, and very pleasant to talk to, so thank you.
Unfortunately the insurance firm that represented the company where I work, seemed to drag the claim out for an excessively long time, but once again Chris and his team pushed them to agree liability and to pay out a fair sum for my claim.
I was concerned that the long time of the settlement, would jeopardise the solicitors representing me.
But Chris and his team refused to give in.
