After searching throughout Swansea and the associated area for legal assistance in purchasing our leasehold flat in the Marina. DW Harris were one of the few that would take on the task. From the warning about service charges to Dealing with a vendor that had move out of the country and not told their solicitors they were at all times professional and helpful to achieving a successful conclusion.

D.W Harris helped me purchase the freehouse of my house last year. They were the cheapest solicitors I could find in my area, were very knowledgeable and great at keeping me up to date with the progress of my application
