Dyno-Rod - Devon and Cornwall レビュー

When we moved to the house, we knew there was a drain issue and today it became apparent when there was scummy standing water in our sink that wouldn't drain away. I called British Gas as I have a Homecare insurance with them and they booked me in for next week but then I noticed a leak under the sink so rang back to see if anyone could come sooner. A lovely lady called Chloe organised an engineer, called Reece, who was with me within the hour...amazing...but better still, he did all the rodding stuff to 3 exterior drains (located old fatbergs), did some loud machine pumping and sorted the leak under the sink professionally, efficiently and, it appears so far, effectively. I thoroughly recommend Dynorod services. Very impressed.

Lewis was really prompt and gave a first class service.
I would really recommend this company

Thank you Chris. A brilliant service from you. Here within 2 hours of our call and the blockage sorted within 10 minutes.
Many thanks

I’d like to express my gratitude to Jamie from Cornwall for the excellent job he did to unblock the drain. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and highly proficient in handling the task. Jamie ensured the work was done thoroughly and left everything in perfect order. Exceptional service all around!

Prompt and very helpful gentleman. Nothing was too much bother.
Explained the issue and got resolved within no time at all.
Thank you Chris would not hesitate calling again.

Chris attended our house today to unblock a kitchen sink. He was amazing, unblocking the sink, and advising us on best practices to keep the drain, sink, pipework in good working order for the future.
Kind, personable, professional and thorough - Thank you so much Chris and Team Dyno.
All fixed within 5 hrs of reporting an issue.
Use with confidence.

Chris was very friendly and efficient. He remedied the issue very professionally indeed…
Highly recommended.

First class service here in Devon, from the very pleasant call handler, Chloe, to the Operative Rhys. Fast efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend .

The telephone service was great (thanks Chloe) and Lewis who did the work was fantastic. Many thanks indeed.

Both Lewis and the plumber did a thankless job with good humour, cleaned and tieded up afterwards!

Chris was our engineer. His customer service was excellent. Not only was he polite and professional but he was efficient in completing the job and also explained what the issues were and what he had done to fix it. I would definitely recommend this company and this engineer.

Dyno-Rod failed to turn up on 4 occasions & rearranging appointments to different days without telling us. I took 2 days unpaid leave just for them not to turn up. Hope they will turn up this Monday

It was easy to arrange an urgent visit to deal with a main drainage problem. Chris turned up very promptly and was very professional and effective in dealing with the problem quickly restoring the situation to normal. Based on this experience will certainly use the company again should a similar situation arise again.

Our engineer Lewis was great. Quick and professional!

Excellent service especially on a bank holiday Friday! Lewis very good and knowledgeable problem resolved and cleaned down. Highly recommend.

Excellent fast service! As a Health Centre a resolution within 24 hours of contacting the company was great. Our drains had been blocked as cleaning wipes had been flushed down the toilets, however we didn’t know what was wrong, all we knew was each time the toilets were flushed the water was rising to the top of the toilet and pipes were making some very loud and strange noises around the building. The engineer Chris kept us informed of his arrival time and the work being carried out whilst on site and provided pictures and a detailed explanation of the work carried out to get us back operating as normal.

Chris arrived a very short time after my ‘distress call’ and phoned ahead with his arrival time. Excellent friendly service with explanations along the way. Couldn’t have wished for a better service. Thank you 😀

Easy to book, a well organised team, text msg 20 mins before arrival and went the extra mile to get a well blocked drain cleared. After local plumbers attempted to unblock and failed the tradesman from Dyno-rod finally got it done! Well mannered and considerate to our aging mother, would not hesitate to recommend and will use again for any such work. Thank you Chris
