Clear concise friendly and helpful service from 1st phonecall providing information on availability and pricing then provided an estimated time frame window for arrival.
Unfortunately had to call back for update on arrival as understandably some jobs and the one previous to my booking took a little longer than expected but Harry the drain tech promptly called to update his ETA and arrived as said. Jetted problem drain in the garden thoroughly and physically removed a stubborn fossil of a fatberg within an hour and ensured job done but did reassure any problems call back to the team as work guarantee d for 3 months. Payment was swift and easy accepted by card payment via his company phone app. Receipt was emailed instantly.

Absolutely excellent service. They gave us emergency priority as we had a blocked toilet pipe and arrived very quickly. The problem was sorted within an hour of phoning and the actual work only took around 20 minutes.

The engineer was professional, efficient and left everything neat and tidy. There was a bit of a moment when the high-pressure hose caused the drain unblocker I’d poured down the loo to create a mountain of foam, but he handled it brilliantly!

We’re ever so grateful for your quick response and help. Thank you so much — excellent service from start to finish!

Booked the night before online and an engineer arrived the next day..very friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. Drain unblocked within 10 minutes and cleared up everything before he left. Great service.

I had a stop tap replaced this morning by James. He was very professional. I can’t believe the efficiency with how he worked. He explained in great detail what he’d done and showed a real interest in I as a customer and his work.
On looking at Dyno-Rod’s website they repair so many plumbing appliances that at one time they wouldn’t have considered, although I’m covered with homecare and was willing to pay, back in the days they still refused. When faced with a leaking shower, I was refused any help at all but it looks like this company have changed and for the better!
I’d urge anyone to look at their website.

The guy who arrived to clear my drain arrived in the morning which was good. He was here about 25 minutes and cleared the blockage in my drain, which probably had been building up over time. He was courteous and was evidently good at what he does even showing how the blockage occurred. If I ever need this service again I will have no problem in using Dyno Rod again.

The service was prompt, with the engineer keeping me informed regarding arrival time and price. The young man who arrived was very polite and got the job done quickly; it was a great service, and I would definitely recommend Dyno rod.

Stuart was great! Came and fixed the issue in record timing! We were able to resume back to normal service delivery.

Had a blockage - Stuart Walker amazing Dyno rod employee came fixed the blockage then looked further with camera equipment issue underground detected - Stuart cleaned up after himself and all the rubbish which wasn’t pleasant. The money you guys earn is deserved for the job you do as I couldn’t!!

The gentleman who came to do the inspection was very professional and friendly but couldn’t complete it because he was called away to a more urgent job. He came back at a later date and he was equally professional but cpupdnt complete the survey because he found a blockage which had to be cleared by United Utilities. Once that was resolved we had to ask for the inspection to be completed but we didn’t get a follow-up report as promised. I rang the office several times and was told there was a backlog but we’d get it soon. However, we are still waiting for it 8 months later and I don’t believe they have any intention of producing it. Payment is cash in advance, of course, so Dynorod make sure of your money but then don’t deliver the report. It’s important because it’s supposed to provide advice on what follow-up actions are required to solve your problems. If you don’t get that information what’s the point of paying for an inspection?

Problem solved within 2 hours of contacting Dyno-Rod, and the engineer was done within 20 minutes of arriving. He also gave me some tips about what to do to help avoid or deal with the same problem in future.
