Not value for money.

The appointment was arranged promptly the engineer was on time and the survey was conducted carefully and with good explanation. What was promised was delivered giving one very satisfied customer. Thank you Dynorod.

Really impressed. Was able to book a repair slot within a couple of days. They arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained everything they were going to do and were finished within an hour. The people I dealt with were polite and professional. Would recommend.

Had a blocked drain from the kitchen. Engineer (Max) came next day and was very professional and helpful. Cannot fault the service, drain unblocked successfully. Unfortunately, I was out at the time and my partner had a bit of a medical problem while the engineer was onsite, he contacted me and waited for 10 minutes till I got back to help. Above and beyond!!

Quite disappointed as I paid £160 only to find out that I should have called Dyno Plumb and not Dyno Rod. The engineer did do a temporary fix but ultimately I will have to pay again to get the problem sorted permanently. If the Dyno company could send somebody from Dyno Plumb to sort the problem that would be very much appreciated. I was told by the Dyno Rod engineer that it’s a 10 minute job. I think it would have helped if Dyno Rod had asked me to send a photo of the problem before they came to visit. Then they might have seen that it was a plumbing problem and not a drainage problem, which would have saved me £160. I hope this is constructive feedback and I hope the Dyno company can do something to rectify this issue for me.

I recently had a Dyno-Rod engineer visit to assist with "a blocked drain". I would like to commend their professionalism and efficiency throughout the process. They arrived promptly, demonstrated great expertise, and ensured that the issue was resolved thoroughly.

Our small church has had toilet drainage issues since last year. The first plumber from Dynarod could not fix it, but charged us nonetheless; we had to chase the follow-up with a tanker, which took for ages, and they couldn't fix it; they too tried to make a charge, which we refused on that occasion, saying we'd be happy to pay when it was fixed; we chased for a follow-up some time later today, and were advised they didn't want to work with us as they had done a job they'd not been paid for! They were asked if that were the case, why they'd not chased-up the payment of the bill? They said they'd written it off. I recall it was for £800 +! More like it was never due and they couldn't fix the problem long-term. Very poor service indeed.

The initial appointment was fine. The man came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. It was the communication after that that was problematic. We paid a deposit and the man told us Dynorod would send people out to fix the issue the next day and would call us the same day to arrange that. In fact it took a week of us repeatedly calling the company, them saying they would call back but not doing so, them saying we had not "accepted the quote" even though we had both paid a deposit and called them several times. When they finally came, they were supposed to call 30 minutes before they were due to arrive, but failed to do so. However, they did succeed in fixing the problem.

Your operative was very helpful but could not solve the problem because he did not carry the equipment required. The equipment was also not available from the depot until it was too late.

Engineer (Jeff) rang before turning up, was very polite & efficient, would recommend.

The guy that came was very helpful, gave good advice and sorted our problem with no mess or fuss.

Their service is a complete disaster.
Blocked drain from ground floor flat overflowing with effluent into bathroom and hall.
Evening call-out booked, only to be cancelled because their van had broken down.
Several calls redirected to British Gas with a bot trying to sell their services.
Gave up and got through the following morning; when operative eventually turned up he had no jetting equipment and did not know how to rod the drain.
We sent him away and found a professional company Go-Flow to deal with the problem.

The engineer arrived promptly and worked efficiently to sort out the problem which 2 previous plumbers had been unable to fix.
Very happy with the work.

Professionally resolved the problems and kept me informed at every stage.
Definitely would recommend them again.
