Avoid at all costs! They came, unblocked a drain, damaged my property, created a huge leak in my kitchen resulting in newly freshly plastered and painted walls needing to be damaged to access the issue and also damage to newly laid flooring. We now have mould where there wasn’t an issue previously. I’m 8.5 months pregnant no one has bothered to keep us updated and now I’m likely out £1000 to restore the damage they’ve made to my home. They don’t seem to care, they have terrible customer service and it’s so distressing. The literal last thing I need whilst about to welcome a new baby home.

Easy booking process with a next day slot. Great comms in regards to timings & calls ahead of arrival. And the engineer was absolutely brilliant! He was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient - couldn’t ask for better!

Be careful! They tried to fraud us of £50! I called and asked them how much would cost to clean our drain, was told that it requires engineer visit and he will give us a FREE non-obligatiry quote for this service (it was said at least 3 times during our conversation). Engineer came and first thing he said was- give me £50 inspection fee! My husband refused to pay saying that quote is free and nobody told us about any £50 inspection fee beforehand (we wouldn't even bother with booking if we knew). Then he opened inspection chamber and said it would cost you £295 per hour +VAT (that could be done over the phone without visiting us as he did not give a quote, he gave us their hourly rate!) he said that office told him that we need to pay and started to put pressure on us by "calling" to the office and telling that we are refusing to pay. My husband said there is no way we are paying, as it's fraud, so engineer said this £50 will go towards your quote, which we did not even get and of course did not accept! He finally left with nothing. We used Dyno-rode few years back and did not have any trouble, everything was straightforward. What's happened with this company if they use such a fishy tactic with their customers???

Took more than 5 months to get a waste pipe clog issue sorted. When the contractors Harry and Greg arrived, they solved the problem and made sure to complete due diligence by checking the surrounds of the pipe as well. Greg was great to speak with, he immediately informed me of the completed work and what was to be foreseen. Harry could have done a better job with the payments collection, as I am a tenant my landlady had to take care of the bill - he insisted not to leave the premises until she paid over the phone, and said that they don't do invoices. I was mopping their mess, which was minimal given the nature of the work that they had to do, but he could have at least been courteous as he mentioned to me and my landlady that any damages from here onwards would be incurred by myself (when anything could happen from this point onwards; the flat is old and has been around since the cold war, any factors and risk could suggest the age of the flat was more likely to cause any future damages rather than my tenancy) as I was cleaning their mess inside my flat. Could have been better, truly. But at least the job got done. 3 stars. Courtesy could have made it 5.

They communicated costs and procedure in advance. Came to schedule and did a proper job. Operative was friendly and polite. An honest business. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Really helpful constructive and empathetic response on initial contact. Given next day appointment. Encouraged to contact more local branch to narrow the 8am to 6pm slot quoted , if possible . Did so and the guy who then answered the phone couldn’t be more helpful in narrowing the slot . Everyone explained levels of charges clearly . Job actually completed in 15 minutes within this time frame . Well done everyone ! Best service ever !

Arrived within the time estimated. The operative/engineer/technician was clearly experienced and highly professional, and had a friendly and personable demeanor. Working quickly he took the time to explain what he was doing and why.

Helpful and polite, persistent with clearing th problem and advising on other matters. Just waiting for follow up quotation of further works required which they did say may have a slight delay, so managing expectations

Not friendly on the phone not when visiting premises.
Not explaining cause of the problem .
Just interested in taking money from customer and Mr providing goo service .
Plus very expensive for the small amount of work they did

Very quick service and problem solved. Quite pricey but expected it due to it being an emergency call out.

The two workmen arrived within a sensible time, were helpful and thorough, explaining what they would do to find the blockage in my drain, and then carrying out the work swiftly and carefully. I was pleased that they kept the outdoor area clean as it had just been jetwashed just three days ago. They were polite and professional giving me information when I asked for it and handling the payment easily.

When I requested the appointment they had next day availability. I received a call the morning of as they were able to bring my appointment time forward. The engineer turned up, did a quick assessment and resolved the problem quickly. He was friendly and professional
