Make sure you describe the problem correctly so that the right engineer attends with the equipment required to fix the problem
Engineer arrived and unblocked our drain & advised if it happens again request a camera as it may be a blockage further up the drain. Very helpful & efficient

Efficient and Speedy service
Speedy service. Came out same day. Guy that came was professional, super efficient and knowledgeable. He is an asset to Dyno-Rod. I don’t envy his job at all but super relieved that someone is happy to clear any blockages.

Dyno was brilliant
Dyno was brilliant. They had to come back a second time as the first visit found that our drain was severely blocked so we had to have more intensive work done. They only charged us for the work that was completed and did the job.
The guys who came round were friendly and really understanding of me and my 4 month baby. Trying to be as clean and quiet as possible.

A stress free experience to a stressful situation!!
I had a very bad blockage in my kitchen.
It took the man from Dyno-Rod a while to unblock it, but he eventually managed it. He did a brilliant job and was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend using them.

Very good service , phoned to say when he would be at my home , arrived on time , fixed the problem in less than 15 mins , water running fee , a little costly but a satisfied customer and the kitchen back to normal ,

False advertisement
False advertisement, booked a job in to clear drains at our office. Website said they would attend to quote and likely complete the work on the same visit. The technican called me and said it would be a 200+ call out fee then 100 per half hour following that.

We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. I would like to advise that it is part of our process to call to advise you on the hourly rate prior to attending so you have an idea as to whether you would like to proceed.
There is no false advertising, we would still attend to quote free of charge if you did not want to go ahead there and then. The engineers would also be able to give you a more specific quote on arrival once he knows approximately how long it would take. We do not charge if no work is carried out. From the job description we received the prices were provided for the hourly rate for what the price will be based on. I hope that clarifies some concerns and we apologise if that was not made clear

Called 20 mins before arrived to let us know he was on his way. Sorted the blockage for us & cleaned up after. Very pleased with the service would definitely use again if we had a problem

Good engineers - thick, useless managers
This week we made two appointments with dynorod via British Gas. All through both days, dynorod sent text messages stating that 'You job is still scheduled to go ahead'. But by late afternoon on both days, it was obvious that they were not going to arrive. When they were contacted, the Dyno managers blamed the British Gas call centre staff (which appeared to be a deliberate lie) and generally made it clear that they couldn't care less. One babbled like an idiot throughout the call, making it practically impossible to reply - then simply hung up when I asked him to listen to my point of view. Another made a sarcastic comment of "You have a nice day" before hanging up. The engineers are very good (when the management can be bothered to set up a simple appointment). But the managers seem to be entirely lacking in any kind of intelligence or useful function.
