Prompt booking, came as scheduled, called ahead with ETA, very friendly engineer who sorted issue quickly, very helpfully even disinfected and cleared up overflow, charged as quoted. Thank you.

Excellent service both from the office wit whom we made the booking and from the plumber who solved our problem efficiently and quickly .

I honestly can’t fault Dyno-Rod. They have always been reliable, stick to their time slots and, importantly, call before arriving, which makes such a difference.

A special mention to Ethan and the engineer who came out today. Both have been brilliant, professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. The engineer went above and beyond to make sure everything was dealt with properly, and I really appreciate the effort and care they put into their work. Ethan even went to the extent of helping me when speaking to Thames water about the ongoing issues we were facing.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that turns up when they say they will, keeps you informed and genuinely cares about providing a good service.

I received a call beforehand and the men were on time. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly.

All in all a positive experience.
Unfortunately my job got delayed due to a van breakdown, this obviously couldn't be helped but my job was scheduled for Monday and I was told the earliest they could be here was Thursday! Having explained this was unacceptable they found a space on Tuesday!!!!
The technician was friendly and professional with the survey report getting to me the following day which was excellent

Excellent and prompt service. Everything was explained to me about the problem and resolution. Extremely nice engineer . Would highly recommend and would use again if any problems arose .

The plumber was excellent. I showed him the problem, he listened to my observations and then used the camera to find the cause of the blockage. He cleared it and gave advice on long term prevention of it happening again. On top of that he was polite and friendly. Great service.

Dyno-Rod engineer Ethan cleared a drain blockage at my elderly mother’s property and was most helpful and respectful.
Then as I could not be there he had to call me for payment and explained what had caused the problem.
Would recommend as a very professional and prompt service.

Dyno-Rod engineer Harrison attended our appointment. I had originally booked an afternoon appointment, but he became available in the morning and was able to come earlier, which was very convenient.

He fixed our broken kitchen tap using the replacement taps we had provided. Harrison was very professional, polite, and efficient. He did an excellent job without any problems and completed the work in a short amount of time.

We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him.

I had a pleasant experience yesterday with Kai the engineer. He expertly identified the twofold problem of the Power-shower trickling water was either the shower head or the pump!.
Process of elimination recommended and the shower head was replaced and the problem was solved immediately and he plunged the drain and sorted.
It was a swift & sweet service by Kai of Dyno Rod.
Very happy of the service and communication went along with the work !

Super fast response on a Friday evening and the engineer (Mick) was absolutely fantastic. This was a deep manhole chamber that was full of shingle due to rat activity! He dug it all out and cleared the drains in about an hour. Great service and would highly recommend.
