Cannot fault what so ever
Cannot fault what so ever, made a call for an emergency drain blockage and they was with us within a couple of hours on a Saturday. Technician was very professional and completed the job in no time. Don’t waste your time calling others for blockages as these guys are all you need.

Called on Boxing Day morning got a call back within an hour and by 11am toilet and shower unblocked, nothing more I can say other than thank you to the young engineer.

Emergency job, dealt with quickly and professionally
Phoned due to an emergency of overspilling sewage drain onto our patio 2 says before Christmas. They were so helpful on the phone and the gentleman came in about an hour. He just got on with the job and fixed it quickly and cleaned it all up. Very pleasant and helpful, I was so grateful to how quickly they came out and dealt with the issue. Thank you!! Hopefully we won't need to use again too soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use in the future. Thank you!

Call to completion of job less than 2 hours…
Called at 12.50 due to elderly parents blocked toilet, the call centre staff were very polite and advised of the procedure. Tom called and advised me he was hour away. Job was completed by 14.30 and payment was taken over the phone. Tom was very nice and polite guy. I would recommend dyno-rod Kent.

Clean and tidy
The operative was courteous, rang before arriving to give me a rough guide to his time of arrival. He worked quickly and cleaned up after he had finished his work. He also cleaned some of the surrounding area, where he hadn't made a mess

Service from the engineer was excellent.
The gentleman, Mathew, was efficient ,professional and courteous. Only problem was that I never had a call to say he was on his way. A church hall is not always in use, so it would have been a wasted journey, if a hall user had not rung me. The person who took my call, kept saying " no problem", but clearly didn't listen when I explained that they needed to call me. Mathew, the service engineer, was excellent.

Amazing, fair priced, and a great number to keep on speed dial!!
Such a polite man came to fix the plumbing problem in the home.. shoe covers and all other protective bits protected our carpets, walls etc from dirt and damage - it showed total respect for our property and as he cleaned up after himself - I didn’t have to do anything except be over the moon with the service and the “jobs a good ‘un” moment..
The man explained the problem using words anyone can understand - there was no ‘job’ or ‘technical’ wording that the average person may not understand.. he then completed the work, quickly, quietly and fixed everything..
I wasn’t pushed into paying for anything extra.. the chap was an excellent example of how business should be done! Thank you - I will definitely recommend your company as a first choice and your company will remain my first port of call!

Very quick response to our problem. The guy who came to sort it out was polite and explained what he was going to do and then gave us tips so it wouldn’t happen again. Very efficient service.

Excellent service
Excellent service, had 4 firms come to try and clear a drain with no luck. Matthew came and worked extremely hard. Was determined to get the drain clear and was successful! Very helpful and would recommend to anyone.
