Called Dyno-rod came out next day to find a covered up drain that was blocked they used a camera ,and located the drain and where I needed to be excavating . Saved me a load of guess work they was bang on .

Super quick response, very friendly and professional approach. Solved the issue quickly and even gave some advice on how to avoid moving forwards. Highly recommended!

They were excellent I had problems under the downstairs shower I have had four call-outs and only charged for one so I would recommend them to anyone that has problems with water or sewerage Mathew came today and put cameras and rods to find the problem A very nice guy Thanks

Overall a rapid, comprehensive and easy to use service. Engineer kept us updated all way through the visit and went the extra mile to do the best job he could.

Very easy and helpful communication when booking an operator. Operator arrived promptly. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t waste any time at all. Jet washed all blockages and checked water was flowing freely. Then put a camera down the drain to look for any debris or damage, allowing me to see the screen too. On a Saturday evening, we noticed that our external drain had begun to overflow a little. We rang Dyno-Rod as we knew it as a trusted brand. The 'phone was answered quickly, the total price of call-out and work agreed, and an engineer (Matthew) was with us within 1 1/2 hours. He did a first class, thorough job including a endoscope view of the length of the cleared pipe work at the end of the visit. As we had guests staying with us at the time, we were relieved and delighted with the whole process.

Great communication,clear pricing. Gent who came explained what he would do and why and went above and beyond as there was a further issue with main sewers. He gave advice on this and explained where the sewers ran o our property. Water company now need to come and do that...hopefully as well as Dyno rod!

Great experience. The engineer had to try multiple things but eventually he cleared the drain. He clearly explained what he was doing throughout.
