Wayne came out on the 22nd June and unblocked our drain what a lovely man and a credit to your company he is. We have just returned from holiday and the drains were blocked again rang dyno rod customers services and Wayne came straight back out with Jake or Jay and we were covered under our 90 day guarantee and resolved the issue. I’ve got to say I’ve never met two more friendly people. Wayne is so approachable and friendly and the young lad with him was a lovely polite man. Men turned up had a word with me explaining what was going to happen the got started on job from time to time they would knock on door showing me the progress with the work they where doing. i explained that my sister had carers and nurses coming and going all day they made sure there was enough access for them to get passed. They where very professional at what they where doing keep me u to date during the day a team of jetters turn up later on make sure everything was clear in the drains great team effort big thank you Andy Moore

Really easy to contact Dyno Rod and get an appointment. Bo called in advance and despite tough 26’ conditions went way above and beyond to get manhole covers off that had never ever been removed and do a thorough check.

Sadly we couldn’t find the issue but could understand that it wasn’t the drainage.

I arranged an appointment for my elderly mum for Thursday and your secretary rang today to say she could fit us in today as she knew my mum was anxious.
