Great experience from start to finish. Someone phoned us quickly after completing the online booking form. We were booked in for an appointment at a convenient time and communication on the day was great. The employee phoned to say he was on his way and texts were received too. Job fixed and camera revealed some issues. Would recommend and use again. Thank you.

We’ve been working with Dyno-Rod for many years now, with our relationship with Sean going back even further. The service has always been consistently excellent, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Sean in particular is a huge credit to Dyno-Rod. It’s reassuring to know that when we pick up the phone, we’re dealing with someone who truly knows their stuff and will always help us get the job done.

Booked in online - appointments the same day. Lovely man called and gave me notice of his arrival time. Arrived when he said he would did the job quickly and efficiently. Was tidy and polite. Honestly worth every penny.

Engineer turned up when he said he would very friendly but professional with it assessed the problem and got on with it 40 to 50 minutes later problem solved equipment away and cleaned up paperwork completed drains all sorted and he was away top man very efficient don’t have a name but he was engineer 70 thanks again

Brilliant customer service from the moment I was in touch with Dyno rod. Matthew Hopkinson the engineer was brilliant unblocked the drain the best herl could but unfortunately couldn't dislodge the items blocking the drain after jetting but did everything possible to get the items out in adverse weather. Explained what to do to get the issue fixed would definitely use again engineer was brilliant and very helpful many thanks

I’ve had the same guys out a couple of times to my drains. They’ve used a camera and it’s needed some attention. They’ve been out and lined my drains. Always polite and courteous and get the job done to a high standard

The engineer who came called me before he came saying how long he would be even though it was a Saturday he was friendly professional and got the job done quickly we even all had a giggle along the way he explained everything to us as the job was being done so brilliant service all round 👏

We had a serious outdoor drainage problem and called DYNO at the Blackburn office. Two engineers by the name of Adam and his assistant Tom attended. They provided an excellent service . Knowledgeable, efficient , extremely helpful and good at communicating their solution along with helpful advice for the future all words that spring to mind. Thank you , The Singletons

The engineer who came for the partially blocked drain was very professional and explained what was happening along the way. A camera was put up the drain and the blockage was power washed. The engineer rang me around 45 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on his way.

Friendly and very helpful. Made you feel at ease and that it was not going to be a problem to fix. Would recommend Simon in a heartbeat.

We called Dynorod out on the weekend as our drain was blocked . A man arrived and plunged the drain and looked like everything was clear , so off he went . The following weekend the drain was badly blocked again . As I had a 90 day guarantee, I called them out again . This time a lovely lady called Jodie arrived . She was very thorough, put the camera right through and discovered the blockage was cause by stones . She jet washed them thoroughly and properly cleaned the drain . Can’t say much for the first guy that turned up, but Jodie was fantastic and definitely deserves 5 stars . Thank you
