From start to finish the experience was great....very impressive....

The engineer that came out, was so polite and refused to take a tip....mums old school.

Turns out the engineer was called Brad, my son whose name was also Brad, took his life 15th November 2024, was that a sign? Who knows, but mum was pleased. Thank you Brad 😊

Had a blocked loo so time of the essence. Dyno rod turned up at time promised, within 12 hours. They were very polite, after explaining problem they quickly got down to fixing it. Unfortunately the blockage had cleared itself overnight so although they didn't have to unblock the pipeworks but still gave pipes an inspection and gave welcome news that there were no breakages or problems. Very professional and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use again if any future problems. Thank you.

Dyno-Rod are amazing! I've used them a few times before but this review is about the most recent visit. My Dad's toilet was blocked & water was leaking through the ceiling. Their engineer, Jamie, was amazing! He prioritised us coz it was a big emergency. Jamie arrived quickly & sorted the problem very professionally, thoughroughly & quickly! He went above & beyond & helped clean up the water afterwards! He really did save us from a catastrophy & my disabled father now had a toilet which you can imagine is vital for someone who's housebound!!
Raspect in each & every single aspect!!

Very efficient service. Came same day within three hours of my phone call for a blockage in the drain. Problem fixed straightaway by a very pleasant young man who gave me handy advice regarding any future problems.
