Leaking hot water cylinder replaced by Hasan Dinc at Dyno.
Came quickly on emergency call out through British Gas Plumbing & Drains cover. Returned to fit new cylinder.

We had a water leak and had a tap put in that was also leaking. Haroon came over and fixed it all for us and was very polite and respectful. Extremely recommend him as they completed great work as quickly as possible!!

Warren was so helpful. He rang before to say he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He fixed the issue which was more complicated than first thought. He was friendly and explained everything clearly.

Cistern inlet valve broken
We had a toilet that would not stop running. Louis from Dyno-Rod came out and was exceptional. He is a tall lad and access to the concealed system is via an under stairs cupboard which he had to crawl through! He replaced the inlet valve and surrounding parts which were heavily scaled. He tested the system three times and ensured he waited as the previous fix by another engineer had failed. Louis was professional, friendly and took pride in his work. First rate job. 5 Stars. Thank you
