Fantastic service went above and beyond
Louis came out this morning to fix a leak in my upstairs toilet, which meant I’d had to turn off the water to the whole house. He was so friendly and helpful, such a lovely young lad with a really nice manner about him.
He fixed the toilet and then noticed that the stopcock under my kitchen sink was also leaking and had caused some water damage. He went out of his way to find a replacement in his van and sorted that for me too while he was here.
He cleaned up after himself and nothing was too much trouble. Really great customer service and a credit to the company. Thank you Louis, really appreciated your help today!

Thank you British Gas/ MetServe … you delivered on outstanding Customer Service and expert knowledge, in repairing a shower waste pipe, causing an annoying leak ! Ashley from MetServe / Dyno attended initially, quickly ascertaining the faulty shower waste pipe, after completing a thorough water test. He logged the issued, ordered the spare part and booked a second visit to repair item. Later that same afternoon, Imagine my delight, when I received a call from MetServe / Dyno, requesting if they could visit the following morning to repair / fit the new waste pipe. I was so impressed with such excellent Customer Service. The following morning lovely Ben.P & his delightful apprentice, Gen. S, arrived … What a great partnership ! Ben was extremely patient & professional with explaining the repair procedure to both myself and Gen.S. Within a short time the old waste flow was removed and new one was fitted ! They both tidied up and explained the next procedure ( re-plastering of ceiling). Throughout their entire visits, both Ben.P & Gen.S and Ashley, were all so polite, professional and helpful. Thank you MetServe / Dyno for saving the day … and to British Gas for their comprehensive HomeCare Cover.

I have booked Dyno-Rod through British Gas and have always been impressed with the efficiency of the engineers.
I had a leaking kitchen tap and the engineer Kieran Poynter was very helpful, efficient and went above and beyond. He explained the problem and was very knowledgeable.
I was also impressed as he had some shoe covers which I think is a nice touch ( especially on a rainy day) to protect carpets etc!

Radiator replacement
James B drained our system, replaced and fitted 3 radiators for us today and navigated the funny pipe layout we have in our house. He did a great job, quickly and with no mess. Would 100% have him back to do other jobs.
