Dyno-Rod - Plumbing East London レビュー 

I rang to book for a plumber to come out to us because we had a broken toilet seat. We were offered a same day appointment which was later in the day cancelled. (I thought it was too good to be true!) We were then given an appointment 2 days later.
I thought I would have to stay in and wait all day but by 8.30 am the seat was fixed and it was all done! We needed a plumber because we weren't able to access the back of the toilet to remove/replace the toilet seat. Anyway, the plumber was friendly, polite and efficient and we are very pleased with the job done!
Very expensive though, for what turned out to be a simple job, I think!

Umar and his colleague did a great job- friendly yet professional. However, the support staff specifically the office personnel who do the parts ordering and work schedules need to improve vastly. They need to learn how to provide a customer centric efficient service with better communication skills.

Easy appointment to arrange and plumber turned up on time. Very efficient service.

The engineer was polite and did the job well

Isolation value to appliance was not shutting fully, as overflowing with water. Armidas attended site & within few mins managed to isolate the value, with resolution for replacement value. He was very friendly, courteous and monitored appliance for 15mins to ensure water to appliance was shut.

Leak Detention - Ali Ali from Dyno-Rod, did an excellent job. He found and fixed the leak, quickly and professionally. Ali was friendly and polite. Excellent Service. Thank you. 7th August 2023

Dyno with British Gas came, fixed the new valve within minutes and left. Darren did a great job.

Cameron the senior engineer who came yesterday was brilliant. As was Kirk the senior engineer who came previously.
Sadly Dynorod admin were appalling in the ridiculously lengthy time they took with finally providing us with the appropriate appointments. Unfortunately the original junior engineer who did the required reflush rushed off without rebalancing our central heating system or fixing the problem. This all had to be put right by Kirk and Cameron. These senior engineers were excellent in their attention to detail and in their listening to the issues experienced by us.

We used Dynorod for a non visible leak in our flat - I cannot overstate how thorough and professional the engineer, Ali was - his communication was brilliant and he found and fixed the leak whilst also checking that there weren’t any other leaks. This was not an easy job but Ali was fantastic and really took the stress out of the whole situation

I had a leaking cylinder, initial call out was brilliant for the engineer to come and check the issue. We needed a new cylinder which had been ordered in April, we are now in June and no cylinder has been delivered to date. I have been calling Dyno since last week and not managed to get through until today, only to find out my cylinder was attempted for delivery but no one was home, despite asking for someone to call me before delivery!

And having checked my CCTV no one has attempted any delivery. Speaking to Dyno today, apparently the supplier cannot find my order and a new cylinder needs to be ordered and cannot be fitted for another week! We’ve been without any water since April - is this how they live.

What kind of customer service is this - poor communication! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I needed two new toilets installed because the old ones were leaking. The engineer, Josef who comes from Romania did a wonderful job. He completed the job in one day, left no mess for me to clear up and wore overshoes to protect my floors. He also needed to install a valve to drain the water in the second toilet upstairs which he did without turning off the water supply. He also worded extremely hard. He arrived at 11.30 am and didn't leave till after
6.00 pm. I am very satisfied indeed.

Disappointed with the service and engineers attitudes from Dyno plumbing team. They have attending my property on several occasions over the last 2 weeks trying to fix a leak under the sink and the problem is still there.
I was even charged £284 as they said part of the pipes are not covered under the British gas home cover.
Even though the pipes and connectors were never replaced and leakage problem is still there after several attempts at fixing the problem. The Dyno teams keep blaming each other which is Dyno plumbing and Dyno Rod who deals with blockage of drains.
Problem still ongoing Several complaints made with British Gas and there subsidiaries Dyno plumbing/Rod.

Our plumber was excellent really friendly and very helpful and sorted the problem very quickly very highly recommended totally brilliant service thank you
