Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Herts & Bucks レビュー

Fantastic service by Charlie, who fixed my toilet syphon. He turned up on time, he was polite, very knowledgeable and he was efficient at fixing the issue, despite all the toilet connections/screws being rusty. He made sure that he protected all my surfaces and cleaned up after himself. Excellent service also from the staff who do all the bookings, who phoned me the day before to confirm the appointment and the approximate time. I highly recommended this company.

Our engineer Danny was excellent. He was courteous throughout and completed the installation of our new water tank efficiently and with care. We would highly recommend him.

Dyno team engineer attended the job today at my house
He is excellent, professional and very helpful
He explained the issue and solved the solution.
Our toilet flush system is functioning perfectly.
Thank you

George was brilliant. The job spanned for two days. It was a leaking toilet. He assessed the job on the first and was annoyed with the lack of access to the waste pipe. This was because it had been fitted in incorrectly. On the next day he had to come back and replaced the pipe. He made sure that it was secured properly. He even helped me find my dog which we thought had escaped but that’s a different story!

Zach the engineer was great (w/o no 6175954 ) - very good communication re arrival, great explanation of what he'd be doing in very easy to understand terms, work was done efficiently and tidily. Even did some soldering work outside to save smell inside
Spotted some other things and recommended a course of action to repair quicker and cheaper than waiting
Cleared up really well and friendly and polite throughout
Couldn't be better service

Michael Wilson from Dyno arrived early on the allotted date and completed a tricky installation promptly, efficiently and without fuss. Excellent service as usual. Good advice. Very professional, polite, and helpful.
