We had a new boiler installed which…
We had a new boiler installed which included a power flush. We had a few problems with not all the radiators heating up properly. BGas arranged for a second power flush which was done by Carl Trotter. Excellent job and cleared so much more sludge and other debris out of the system than the initial flush. Spent a lot of time to get the system working properly and kept us fully informed about what he was doing. Also spent time advising us how to better run our central heating. Very friendly and polite. Would have no hesitation in recommending Carl and Dyno-Rod

Poor power shower installation
My experience with Dyno-Rod has not been great. I had a power shower replaced by them and it was a fairly expensive quote. I expected a service to match that value, but unfortunately it was not the case. The shower unit was installed poorly initially and rather than installing all the screws it was stuck on with silicone on the bottom end. The whole shower unit would wobble when pressing any buttons. When I mentioned that, they sent the plumber out again to fix it. The plumber then drilled the bottom hole without removing the shower unit properly and damaged the bottom of the shower casing. The hole drilled in the tiled wall is not straight and the shower unit is consequently not straight. The shower unit costs £250-£280 and I was charged £455 for the shower and the installation. It would have been fine if the work was done properly, rather than cutting corners and wanting to leave as soon as possible. Also they would give you an all day appointment and show up around 4 pm waiting to finish the job as quickly as possible, without any care for the quality of the work. I would not recommend Dyno-Rod for any power shower installations. It is not value for money, due to poor work quality, and they will damage the wall and the new shower unit.

We are escalating your experience to our senior management team to thoroughly investigate the poor service, the physical damage reported, and the conduct during the visits. We will use this information to review our internal procedures, address the performance of the attendance team, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. Your feedback is essential in helping us improve our quality control moving forward.
