Prior to our appointment Carl Trotter the engineer called to confirm everything was ok for his visit and gave an ETA.
Carl was quick to inspect both jobs and explain what was needed for both. He was extremely professional and quickly answered any questions.
100% recommend Carl to any one to repair a problem.

Carl and Jay are professional and polite- plus used shoe covers which is worth a star on its own. It will need several weeks before I can be sure the leak has been fixed. But I’m hoping the repair will have solved it.
