Found the problem and got it repaired very efficiently. Very quick in responding and Adam was very helpful. Saved us from what could have been a very expensive and messy situation.

Adam did a splendid job today despite encountering unexpected challenges. The adminstrator at Dyno Abingdon was very accessible, cheerful and efficient in arranging the visit and coordinating with British Gas.

The engineer came promptly and rang me to say that he was on his way. He made the house safe and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem permanently.

An immediate response to a non urgent issue. The plumber that arrived phoned me before arriving, explained the whole situation and sorted my issue quickly.

We had a serious water leak in the house last night, and contacted Dyno through our Homecare package with British Gas. Stephen appeared this morning and went to great lengths to sort out the problem, find the parts required and ensure that everything was working perfectly before he left. We were very impressed with Stephen who is an excellent engineer.
However, we were not so impressed with the person to whom we spoke initially about the issue last night. In the midst of trying to explain the seriousness of the leak, he attempted to persuade us to increase our insurance premium to cover any possible electrical problems as well as water and gas. This was NOT appropriate as we were trying to deal with, and get help with, a seriously worrying leak.

Great service, start to finish. Delay on parts, not their fault. Fitter was respectful of property, knowledgeable, and polite, advised on new style shower controls on new shower. Would definitely recommend and use again. Great job, and peace of mind.
