Jack came out for an emergency repair as part of our British Gas cover. Outstanding services provided. Jack was extremely professional and helpful. He repaired the pipework quickly and left no mess whatsoever. Extremely polite and patient in answering our questions. Faultless. We are very happy.

Excellent service
British Gas sent Jack their Dyno Rod plumber out to our leaking cistern. He quickly identified and fixed the leaking ballcock. He also put in an isolation valve on the cistern for future maintenance (if ever).

British Gas sent Dyno Rod plumber out…
British Gas sent Dyno Rod plumber out to emergency flood . Lovely young man, calmed me down, knew what he was doing and repaired pipework.
Also the lady on phone from Dyno Rod kept me calm and sent a plumber straight away.

After being cold in my house for 10…
After being cold in my house for 10 years I called Dyno rod to sort my central heating out with a flush. Sam and Morgan came and what can I say, they didn't stop until all was perfect. Now im too hot 🔥 Brilliant can not recommend them more. Im going to add, I had other firms in and ended up, giving up, not with Dyno Rod

Leaking shower
The plumber was very polite, informative and explained everything. Although they don't replace grout he explained how it should be removed, left to air and how it should be repaired.

Fantastic service, logged a call with British Gas who subcontracted to Dyno Rod who came out the same day. Fitted a pressure reduction valve to stop water hammer. Friendly, clean and tidy workmanship. Thank you.

Had great service from Dyno-Rod and especially Ashley who carried out our repair. They arranged the appointment for the following day and turned up exactly when they said they would. It would have been easier to have pulled our kitchen units apart but Ashley worked around them and got the job done. Lovely efficient company with skilled professional staff.
