Dyno-Rod - Plumbing Shropshire レビュー

Sam from Dyno came out on an emergency call out and was incredibly helpful and kind. He was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions whilst providing a thorough walk through of the issue. Highly recommend, by far the nicest plumber I have come across.

Matt from Dyno-Rod came to repair a seized stoptap very friendly and professional went the extra mile great Job done 👍

We have British Gas homecare and Dyno Rod came out to sort out our non flushing toilet.

Great customer service from the plumber and quick response

On site on time and professional from start to finish. Everything was done to quality standard and tidied up at the end and place was left clean. Morgan and Sam did a great job

Dyno plumbing team - Sam and Morgan were a fantastic team- professional, yet friendly; and highly efficient work (power flush) Informative service throughout- thank you.

Once I had reported my leaks I was promptly contacted by dyno rod within 30 mins, after speaking to Keris she assigned the job to a engineer and I was contacted wishing a couple of hours to come and take a look at the job, 30mins later Matt the plumber turned up and fixed the leaking copper pipe new joints, was very polite and professional, and cleaned up well after he had completed the job, Over all I’m happy he made minimal mess cleaned up after and kept me informed throughout the job. Job well done. Thank you

Second call out in less than a month but same great service, glad I have this number in my phone now.

12 hour round trip to attend site visit to attend site visit wasting 3 days, to be quoted £1000 a day! Then told the company could not do it. The only reason I gave one star is they don't do lower.

Outstanding service from Dyno Rod – highly recommended!

We had two leaks from our mains water pipe under the driveway, and Dyno Rod were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They identified and sorted both issues within the day, with minimal disruption and real professionalism. You honestly couldn’t ask for better service – we’re so grateful for their expertise and can’t recommend them highly enough!

We have just had Matt out for our toilet. Excellent service, he worked away and got the job done. Delighted with his work.

Good quality job completed, really happy

We had Dyno—Rod come to our property today to carry out a trace for a mains water link, and we were thoroughly impressed with their service from start to finish. The team was extremely professional and courteous throughout the visit. They made us feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring we understood each step of the process.

It’s rare to come across such a friendly and knowledgeable team who genuinely care about delivering excellent customer service. Their attention to detail and respectful manner made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and straightforward.

Highly recommended—thank you, Dyno-Rod!

After contacting Dyno-Rod about an emergency leak from bathroom sink, they were super quick to respond and send out plumbers. Very friendly trades people, informative, efficient and tidy. Very pleased with every aspect of their service from start to finish.

Booked an appointment last night for today. Received a text first thing to say the team would let me know when they are on their way. They rang me 15 minutes before arrival and were polite, professional and fast. Very pleased with results and would recommend

Ben the plumber is exceptionally good .. he is skilled, extremely helpful . He went a long way to solve the problem

We had a really unusual banging noise in our pipes when the water cut-off. On the first visit they suggested changing the water pressure valve. Unfortunately when they returned to fit the valve it was faulty so had to replace again. The noise seemed to go for a few days but then came back. Perry from Dyno Rod came again and we spent 15 minutes listening and locating the noise. Perry felt that it was in the bathrooms rather than the airing cupboard. He then after listening to the toilet cistern filling suggested he changed the rubber in the en-suite toilet. I wasn’t convinced but as Perry said it was a case of eliminating things. Well he was spot on after 15 minutes no noise and none since. Really helpful, professional young man who kept reassuring me that although the noise was annoying it wouldn’t cause any problems until it was resolved. Great job thank you Perry

Called out on a home plumbing emergency, came much quicker than we anticipated. The plumber was polite, problem solved our issue and set about getting it fixed.
Left ensuring the bathroom was as tidy as he had found it. Great work Ben, thanks for a job well done.
